1st pregnancy ko clusivol ob [textspeak!] prescribe ng ob. now on my 2nd pregnancy, after 12 years, my ob prescribed obimin (im on my 8th week) and duphaston for 2 weeks kasi i had spotting. im also drinking anmum pero 1 glass [textspeak!], im not so of a milk-drinker kasi. have no worries sis whether you've not taken enough vitamins or late na kayo nagtake, for as long as you have a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits, well- supplemented with veggies and fruits.

5 weeks - natalbes and trev-iron
10 weeks - molvite-OB and Fumiron
16 weeks - hemobion (kasi daw magpa-Pasko so tataba daw ako lalo kung madaming vits :P )
20 weeks - OB max and Micron-C

Then Duphaston nung nagspotting ako around 8th week and Isoxillan around 12 weeks nung nagstart manigas ang tiyan ko

Hi mommies, so far my OB prescribed Obimin and Caltrate Plus lang, saka Anmum Vanilla. I'm worried though, nung 4th month ko lang kasi ako nagstart magpa-check up sa OB kaya hindi ako nakapag-folic acid before. Nagka-emotional crisis kasi ako for the longest time about my baby.

Is there any way to make bawi sa folic acid?

Re: About folic acid.
