pa join mga sis.

daming pinapatake ni ob sakin kaya ata ako lumalaki. :) I drink Anmum, OBmax, folic acid, sangobion, and calcium. pag medyo nagiging manhidin ako or madali mangalay, she also advised me to take dolo-neurobion. :)

my vitamins are Mosvit Gold and Calcium tabs. My OB recommended Mom and Me milk but i really cant take the taste of pre natal milk. i have promama, anmum and mom and me. it just made me vomit.

I'm taking Anmum as well. Pero yung chocolate flavor. Di ko type ang lasa ni Vanila. And I find the other flavor mabaho.

As for vitamins, pina switch na ako ng OB ko from Obimin and Folart to Hemarate and Caltrate. And sabi niya, di daw pwede pagsabayin yung Hemarate and Caltrate. It should be at least 8 hours daw bago i-take yung isa. I'm not sure why.

When I was pregnant, I took:
1st trimester - folart (folic Acid),
                     Sorbifer Durule (Iron),
Vitamin C (for proper absorption of iron)
2nd Trimester - Calciumade,
                       Sorbifer Durule
                       Vitamin C
3d Trimester - Calciumade,
                      Sorbifer Durule,
                      Vit.C
Omega 3 capsule (Freeflow/Megaflow) - it has a lot of DHA content which is good for baby's brain development

Plus a good and healthy diet

I read somewhere that Vit C intake is also not good kasi nakakatrigger ng early contraction, kaya it is really advisable to get Vit C from fruits.

Iron is best absorbed by the body when drinking orange juice :)

Ok naman ang Vitamin C sa akin. Once a day lang naman together with Iron. Basta in a safe dosage. It was recommended to me by my OB kasi sabi nya, Vitamin C is effective in reducing pre-eclampsia. So far, wala namang early contraction sa akin.
