Nata4 (multivitamins)
Ferron (ferrous sulfate)
Calciplus (calcium)

I used to drink Enfamama Choco, kaso tigil muna kasi naumay ako, pati pinatigil ako ni OB kasi naaaggravate ng milk yung heartburn ko. :(

Meron kasi ako Sorbifer before pero nun 24th week ko, eto na vitamin prescriptions ko.
1. Obimin (multivitamins). I checked 30mg yun elemental Iron nya.
2. Calvit (Calcium + Vit D).
3. Duvadilan
4. Ascorbic Acid

^ And may Vit.A content pala to Obimin................. HIndi ba nakakatakot kasi may limit lang ang Vit.A intake ng pregnant women? Eh may VitA content na kagad tayo sa regular foods eh plus may supplement pa.

for first trim - folic acid, enfamama. but then i became lactose intolerant, so sabi doctor folic acid, calcium, DHA supplement na lang. safe naman siguro to buy from healthy options ng DHA supplement?

6 weeks pa lang ako.. eto nireseta sken.. taking it for 2 weeks now..

Obimin
Hemarate
Isoxilan
Duphaston

parang wala siyang niresetang may folic?  tama ba mga sis.. di ko lam kung alin jan ang may folic acid?

Pinag-e-Enfamama rin ako pero lately parang lagi akong sinisikmura.. I've read here na pwede naman pala syang i-stop.. Check ko nga sa OB ko..

^try checking yung obimin. ang alam ko, may folic acid yan.

re enfamama, pwede naman talaga sha i-stop GIVEN na super sufficient ang kinakain mo sa lahat ng vitamins and minerals you and your baby need. why don't you try switching na lang sa iba? iba pa rin naman kasi yung may milk. you don't need to take it throughout the whole pregnancy. parang first few months lang naman.

When I was on my 6 weeks, my OB advised me of the following:
1. OB-Smart
2. Folic
3. Duphaston

When I had spotting and was on my 13 weeks:
1. Clusivol OB
2. Folic
3. Isoxilan
4. Duphaston
5. Anmum

Grabe sisses, ang mahal ng mga gamot.
