i'm here to tell you about what happened to my EW card. Naka-restructure na yung account ko for 2 years which is supposed to end last April 2012. although fixed na yung monthly ko there are times na minimum lang binabayaran ko. so ngayon humingi ako ng latest statement (i stopped receiving my monthly soa since nadefault na yung account ko). and sabi nila kung gusto ko ng discount gawa lang ako ng letter stating why i haven't paid my dues diligently. so i wrote a letter saying na 2 of my immediate family members were hospitalized last year. tapos i received an email about the computation. my latest balance is 13k tapos they gave me a 60% discount so naging 5k nalang babayaran ko on or before june 5, 2012. when i checked my files i still owe them mga 7k pero 5k na lang sinisingil. na-waive lahat ng interest tapos may discount pa. ang galing diba?

ayan napahaba na. another credit card down, 2 more to go! we can do this! sana mga sisses natin dito makatagpo na rin ng CA na mabait at magooffer ng magandang payment option para matapos na natin lahat to. pa'no, maghahagilap muna ako ng 5k.

EWB has been aggressive giving clients restructuring program. I guess they realized they would earn more vs selling their bad debts to Collection agents.

This is a very Good move for them & on the cardholders part. Less aggravation with the agents! Buti nga hahahahah

when a collections agent from HSBC called me for my monthly payment, i asked them if i could have some sort of restructured payment na since ive been paying minimum na lang for many months. yung utang ko is 52k and they offer 3, 6,12,18 nad 24 months. so kinuha ko na yung 24mos for 2500 a month. medyo malaki if i-total pero pwede na din kesa sa patong ng patong yung inetrest. after my first payment this june 17, they will send daw a letter stating na mag-start na yung pag pay off ng debt. so we'll see.

gusto ko din sana i-avail yang payment arrangement na inoffer sa akin ng HSBC. pero dahil malaki na ang balance ko, malaki din ang magiging monthly payment ko. ok sana to kasi hindi na lumalaki ang balance mo and hindi na 3.5% ang itnerest, more than 1% na lang. the problem is wala akong work ngayon. nag-a-apply naman but we never know kung kelan ako ma-hire.

pwede ba i-negotiate with them na longer than 24 months para nman mas mababa ang monthly? para naman yung natitira kong konting pera eh medyo tumagal naman until i find a new job..

ayoko lang talaga umabot sa punto na i-refer pa nila ako sa 3rd party collections agent. right now internal collection department pa ng HSBC ang nakakausap ko.

mga sis help. i called hsbc a while ago. nag ask ako kung meron silang inooffer na payment arrangement dahil nahihirapan ako magbayad ng utang ko since im unemployed at nasa 52k na utang ko. the agent told me na magrerequest sya and tawag daw uli ako after 5-7 banking days kung approved. at sabi pa ng agent na since unemployed ako e ihohold muna nila ang card ko at nag agree naman ako. question, pag ganun ba maapektuhan na yung credit history ko? hindi pa naman yun delinquent di ba? or hindi pa defaulted yung account ko? kasi nagbabayad pa rin naman ako monthly, although minimum lang lagi yung nababayad ko. hay grabe ang hirap. gusto ko din sana i avail yung easy payment na yan. pero walang sinabi si agent sa akin. ang natatandaan ko parang psi or s2i.

I have a question mga sis, I used to have a Citibank CC when I was in still in Manila. When I left, sandali ko na lang nagamit while I was out of the country then naging delinquent na coz my mom would always forget to pay it so nagkaka interest. Di naman substantial coz 20k lang naman limit nun until one day, 80k na ata sinisingil because of interest. This happened in 2010 btw.
Anyway, to make the long story short, naging delinquent yung account coz I didn't wanna pay it kasi ang laki na ng interest charge. Kaso, my mom was getting stressed kakatawag ng CA so I decided na din makipag settle. I paid 25k sa CA but deposited sa account number naman ng old card ko. They said they will give me a certificate ng completion ng payment. But when my mom was asking where's the certificate, laging yung agent would say na dadalhin na lang daw sa house namin. Something like that. So my mom got really mad and said, wag mo na dalhin dahil baka pakain ko lang sayo yang papel na dadalhin mo. So ang ending, I didn't get the certificate so now, I'm wondering if my debt has been cleared or not  :-\ maybe somebody can help me. I know weird yung story

^may contact number naman na nakalagay dyan usually... tawagan mo lang at hanapin yung naka-indicate na may hawak ng account mo. hear what they have to say then say your piece.

yang mga CA na yan halos parang budol-budol gang na din eh... backread ka and you'll read it from other sisses' stories.

Anong email yung ginagamit nila to communicate with you? Kasi nag-email na rin ako ng request for restructuring, actually dun sa Send Feedback portion ng online banking nila, pero up to now wala pa ring reply.

Thanks! :)

Hello there, I need you urgent advice...Awhile ago  a letter was sent to our house from Molaer and Dela Serna Law Offices asking me to pay almost P22,000.00 for Bancard. Here are the facts 1. I don't recall owing any credit card P22,000.00 or any amount closest to that; 2. I did have any credit cards before, can't remember if one of them was Bancard, pro that was several years ago and I never got any letter/SOA from them since then(I forgot na nga if I had a credit card with them); 3. Why only now send a letter after several years? They used the name of RTC(name of our province) thus causing my mother to have another bout of high blood pressure and to panick.
I am willing to pay(if this indeed mine) as long as I pay the principal. I am not going to pay P22,000 just to justify the wages of a small group of unscrupulous people resorting to threats and harrassment.
[textspeak!] pa mandin ako ngayon sa house namin(I am someplace else) and so I dunno how to handle this; kung [textspeak!] mother ko naman kakausap eh baka utuin lang sya. I am thinking of writing to RCBC(who probably doesn't even know this hooligans sent the letter. Nagbigay pa ng 5 days to send payment at final demand daw(teka, kailan ba sila ngpadala ng letter?? di ba ngyon lang??)  Kung ako lang I can handle this but I'm worried for my mother. I am thinking of writing to the BSP Consumer Affairs. I urgently need advice.  Thanks.

thank you in advance.

Kaloka mga sis! yung citibank ni hubby wala na kay Bernales, na kay R Santos Law Firm na (they claim to be a law firm ;D

Kwento ko lang

Day 1.

Day 2 (TODAY).

I called that Vangie and told her na we want to deal with the bank directly. Aba! binabaan ako.
I tried calling her again and sabi nung sumagot wala daw yung Vangie.

Maya maya mga sis! may tumawag from Citibank, I got her full name and contact number.
Verified from Citibank nga, her name is Ms. Lea Cordero

I told her na we want to deal with bank directly, we don't want any messenger from CA coming to our place or else baka makasuhan pa sila na trespassing or extortion.
Nice naman kausap.

I googled her name and this what I got
