Ako naman me experience din sa cc CA. nagbabayad naman ako monthly pero meron months na talagang di ka makapaghulog due to some reason. Call si Girl CA mam may I know if makakapag hulog ka today. Me : Next payday na medyo gipit ako ngayon.CA mam kasi now ang promise mo.Me again Can I paid next payday gipit ako today. CA mam kasi di ba promise mo today mo babayaran

Naiinis na ako eto ako mas matapang. You listened to me!

Sabi ko u should have told me saan mo ako papakuhanin ngayon ng biglaan? I texted him dont you ever threaten me na kesyo ganito dahil i know the law., you can see that I am paying my obligations and not running from it pero wag mo akong tatakutin. ayun text siya ng mahinahon ok mam this 15 na lang po.

got a civil case sum of money filed by a cc company. wala pang decision at di nako umattend sa korte. lilipat kame ng bahay soon although place of work same pa rin naman. ang fear ko lang is magkaron ng criminal case dahil baka akala e tinatakbuhan ang utang. wala lang talagang mapipiga ngayon ang mga kolektor sa kin. btw, kahit me case na na-file, me pumunta pa ring kolektor sa bahay but hindi na ko nakipag-negotiate since me kaso na rin naman.

my question is, do i need to inform citibank or makati RTC sa change of address? if yes, through phone call or letter talaga na ipapa-receive? hope someone who knows or with similar experience can share. many thanks  :)

sis baby_chichay, thanks sa advice!  :) i think tama ka nga, tawagan ko na lang ang citi and send them a registered mail.

hindi ako umattend sa hearing since wala rin naman ako ipapang-negotiate na amount na acceptable sa kanila. nasubukan ko na kase yan nung wala pa naka-file na case pero ang laki ng hinhingi na parang "down payment" so hintayin ko na lang na citi mismo ang mag-offer. ayoko rin kase makipag-deal sa mga collectors, having read the experiences of other gtalkers na may cc problems.

question to banker -- like sa case ni sis happydumpling, what if lilipat ng house then i dont inform the collectors? mag kaka criminal case?.. well, kasi i think wala ng sense pa inform ang HSBC on our case since hindi naman nila kami pinakikinggan talaga.

sis chelle_peachy RTC ito. and nope, never pa ako umattend ng hearing (sorry if malabo ang pagkasabi ko nung una). once pa lang naman ako naka-receive ng summon. then wala pa ko nare-receive from RTC eversince. last month, meron from collector. it's a letter (prayer) addressed to RTC na parang i-grant na yung request nila at pinadalhan lang nila ko ng copy.

i know civil case ito but natakot ako na baka magkaron ng criminal case in case lumipat nga kame at hindi ko sila sinabihan. though yung contact number naman at place of work, hindi naman nagbago.

Ako for now, deadma ang calls ng CA.

Bakit sya magiging criminal case? unless you used fake cards diba? (parang yung ginagamit nila na RA8484 defrauding of creditors)

so funny that molaer is doing some ocular visits pala... i received a letter na mukhang reseta me nakaipit pang calling card. akala naman nila tatawagan ko sila... dumiretso ang "reseta" nila sa basurahan... funny pa, ang nakalagay dun sa letter, financially capable daw ako! tapos they will endorse na raw sa Citi ang account ko for filing case... ok... after a few days i received a letter from citi again and informed me that they endorse my account to other CA... hay naku... sana nga mabayaran ko na sila! in God's time...

Citibank evaluated my income minus expenses and we agreed to settle monthly within 42months...seems ok kase nasa ph1k+ lang monthly and total interest per month is 1% VS prevailing 3.5%/month.

Catch is I need to issue PDC but I know kaya ko naman isettle yung monthly so I dont worry now.

If i were you, cash mo nalang pay na pang monthly mo, wag PDC. PDC are unpredictable.

you will never know when it will stop.

alanganin mo.

just my advice.

Payable to Citibank itself Mismo sis. They amortized it into monthly payment
which is very minimal around ph1k + which is spread out into 42mos..

Magkaka problem ba ito afterwards? :((
