San ba mas madami ang job posts ngayon, Dubai or Abu dabi?

Sis andito ka na pala! ;) I didn't even know may bago na palang thread until today.

I'm just not too sure about dun sa bayad if you haven't completed one year. Do you interact with the chairman on a daily basis? Naculture shock ka ata.  :-\

^Ang alam ko nga, sis, kapag free zone or government walang ban.

here's an excerpt from: http://www.dubaifaqs.com/visa-ban-uae.php

No labour ban will be imposed on anyone in one of the following categories

        * Expatriate workers moving to a government job will not receive a ban (don't confuse this with workers leaving a government job - they get a double whammy)
    * Oil company employees
    * Expat workers moving to another employer within the same free trade zone (not to a different free trade zone)
    * Expats who have completed a fixed term contract and have given proper notice of not renewing it
    * Expats who have completed 1 year of an unlimited contract AND get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer. It may be a requirement that the new job has the same job title as the old job.
    * Expats who are sponsored by their spouse for a residence visa (unless they breach the labour law in some way that brings down a ban).

If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

pwede daw malift yun ban kapag:

Minimum salary in new job is AED 5,000 for HS Diploma holders, AED 7,000 for diploma holders, and AED 12,000 for Bachelor degree holders
If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

Ang importante is willing kayo to settle your loan until it gets paid off.

No, it's not salary transfer, sis. Salary transfer is yun pag transfer ng company ng husband mo ng buong sweldo nya to the bank. What you can do is arrange a Standing Order dun sa bagong bank where your husband's salary will be transferred to. Pwede mo na i-arrange yun dun sa bank sa bagong country kung saan kayo lilipat na let's say every 5th of the month, transfer X amount to SCB UAE for X number of months (until sa maturity ng loan nyo).

Goodluck sa inyo, sis! Bye UAE na kayo soon.
If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

^sis, honestly, personal na opinyon ko lang ito ha, and this might not be the best advice you'll get, LOL...

Maybe our fellow sisses here have other points of view? :-\

If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.

Sis, is your husband's salary also transferred to SCB? I mean same bank ba where his salary is being transferred and where the loan outstanding is? For some companies, part of the visa cancellation process is to inform the bank that their employee will cease to be a part of the company. And normally, yun gratuity will automatically be used to settle the loan.

Hindi ba enough yun gratuity to cover the loan outstanding?

As far as I know, and i maybe wrong, you will not be stopped sa airport  unless you were wanted by the police.

It is indeed very risky, sis!
If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun.
