yes, i believe that too much stress can lead to skin problems..ako kasi pag stress makikita talaga..yung feeling ko i look ugly kasi laging haggard lang..pero pag no stress, i always feel good and blooming.. It shows talaga kaya better to be happy and inspired all the time.. I'm starting to put my stress aside cause i wanna look and feel better.

Definitely! My skin is at its worst now because of so much stress. I am hoping na bumalik sa dati pagkatapos kong maovercome ang source ng stress ko.

Yes. I was plagued with sickness and bad skin when I was stressed. Now that I am no longer with my previous employment, my over-all wellness has definitely improved. I can say that I am healthier.

It is scientifically proven that stress can lead to health and skin problems. It is immaterial whether I believe it or not.

Yes! Heck stress can even give you health problems.
