sis pwede...kaso may isang border sa thailand-cambodia na hinde pwedeng daanan...as in war zone yun, kaya yung mga iba, vietnam-cambodia land ang pwede or thailand-vietnam pwede...

Yup, pwede ang Thailand-Cambodia- Vietnam.

Actually, mas malapit ang Siem Reap sa Thailand kaysa sa Vietnam. Sayang nga kasi ang pinili namin na route Vietnam-Cambodia-Vietnam. Nakapasyal sana ulit sa Thailand, hehe.

I really want to go to Siem Reap in January, kaso ang hirap naman magbook ng plane tickets! Ang costly.

More or less nasa Php 14K yun KL-SR-HCMC na route na gusto ko. Wish ko lang talaga magkaron pa ng promo fares sa Cebupac and Air Asia.

Air Asia usually has promo of March-Sept travel date. July-Sept daw is rainy season ng SR, but hindi kasing-grabe ng rainy season natin. You can try going there ng Sept, at least masmura. And iba ang itsura ng temples ng Mar-Sept and OCt-Feb

magkano ba dapat ang pocket money for 2 persons on a 3 days 2 nights trip sa SR? Me hotel na kami ni hubby, pero di ko kasi matantya talaga kung magkano dapat dalhin ko na pera, is 500 USD enough o sobra for food and tours?

nung pumunta kami ng SR nun, parang ang dala kong dollars eh 100 lang...kasi supposedly mga 3 days din kami dapat dun, kaso, parang in a day, naikot na namin ang angkor [textspeak!], tapos in mga half day kami nag-city tour naman...mura lang sa sg sis phurple hay eh, cambodia pala...:-)

^ di ako aagree na mura sa SG, hehe! salamat sis. excited na ko for our Oct trip. Pero mas excited tong si hubby e, sept. 1 pa lang nagcocountdown na, hehhe...at august pa lang ata nagbabalak na ng mga kelangan daw na meron siya pagpunta namin don.

nag-iba na yung plans ko mga sis, from bangkok na ako pupunta ng siem reap, by bus! dati kasi KL to siem reap tapos by plane. haay. pa-share naman po kung mahirap, solo ko pa naman.

madaling-araw pa lang mag-bus na ako (3:30 or 4am) to catch the 8am opening of the border. i'm hoping na 1-5pm makaikot na ako ng temples. then sunrise viewing naman na lang the next day. or not. shucks, i hope feasible!
