Mga sis, ano sa tingin nyo ok among the 3?

1) Seven Seas Orange Syrup & Cod Liver Oil
2) Little Critters Multi Vitamin
3) L'IL CRITTERS OMEGA-3 GUMMY FISH VITAMINS
4) Nature's Plus Animal Parade Gold Children's Chewable Multi-Vitamin & Mineral, Assorted

I'm planning sana to get Animal Parade Multi Vit and L'il Critters Omega-3, then the Pedzinc for my 3 yr old daughter.. ok lang kaya yun or parang too much na.

My son's taking Pedzinc in the morning and Ceelin in the afternoon. Rainy season ngayon kaya I decided to double dose his Vitamin C.

And he's taking Alive No Iron and Neobiotics everyday.

I'm planning to give him Seven Seas with Cod Liver Oil after he finishes his Alive Multivitamins.

My kiddies are taking the following

A. Lil critters omega 3 fish vitamins
B. Flinstones gummy multi vitamins

Since Transitioning to gummy vitamins we havent had any difficulties na. They actually remind me now to dispense them some. The kids are 9, 7 , 5.

joyce09, sis dito kami sa Singapore based. Sa local drugstore available sya. But I remember Seven Seas with cod liver oil was also recommended by my son's pedia dyan sa Pinas. You can try at Healthy Options.

Seven seas is available in watson's.

Any recommendations for appetite stimulant? Bilangan kami ng subo ng anak ko during meals. Pahirapan talaga. I tried removing snacks in between meals but to no avail. She'd rather go hungry. She was on ped zinc and appebon. Parangno help appebon.

mga sis hindi ko vinavitamins si baby, i don't believe na kelangan magvitamins ni baby. i let her immune system to work on its own, binibigyan ko lang sya ng pedzinc and cherifer pag nagkasakit after niya magkasakit para makabawi lang mga 3days lang then stop ko na, 1 yr 6 months si baby and hindi siya sakitin. sa ibang bansa mga sis hindi din sila masyado nagbibigay ng vitamins. and there is this study na around 20-30% of adults who are taking vitamins regularly mas nagdedevelop ng kung ano anong disease later part of their lives because of the copper zinc magnesium etc in the vitamins. you can give appetite stimulant to your child but you cannot give it forever ang kelangan is to train your child to eat.pag ayaw hayaan mo wag mo pilitin pero don't give them anything else to eat tell your child if she wants to eat then she should eat the food that you prepared, kelangan tiisin mo sis tignan mo pag ginutom yun kakainin [textspeak!] pinrepare mo. Don't beg your child to eat..mahirap magtrain pero kelangan talaga maging consistent ka if you say no you cannot have any other food except the one that you prepared mean it.

^oh believe me I tried that. No snacks in the house and only meals are allowed. Her baon nga binibili na Lang sa 711 before she goes to school. But no effect ayaw talaga niya kumain ng main meals. Susubo Lang ng isa or dalawa. Minsan di kakain at all. I did that...na hindi pipilitin. But 2-3 hours after ng meal that she didnt eat, eh hindi pa din naghahanap ng pagkain. That's when I start to worry.  And I don't have plans of putting her on appetite stimulants for a long time.  I just want to stimulate her appetite. And once it's back, i'lll slowly remove it. Btw just to point out your kid is only 1.5 years old. My daughter is 4. Different temperaments at those age. I didn't have problems with feeding her when she was that young.
