^really? didn't you consider getting a second opinion? kasi alam mo, i've seen three OB-Gynes in 2009. the first two told me to take pills. the third one said i didn't need to kung wala pa ko balak magka-anak (lalo pa single pa ko nun). so i stopped taking pills. ngayong 2012, i consulted a new OB-Gyne, sabi nya i shouldn't have stopped it daw. kasi alangan naman daw saka pa i-treat kung kelan gusto ko nang magkaanak. mas mahihirapan daw. so i think yung contradicting statement is yung regarding sa "treating PCOS" part. i'm now taking pills.

For now, i will stick to her advices muna wait ko din kasi mens ko para magpaTVS
And by that time dun namin makikita if may good or bad changes. She said kasi BCP is not merely treating pcos but only.normalizes cycle. I took diane 35 for 4mos and shifted to yasmin for 2mos kasi  6mos treatment ko.
so pagbalik ko this end of the month we'll see if okay pcos ko w/o taking BCP anymore.

She also said na ages 22-32 were the ideal ages ko to conceive so sabi ko 25yo ok p kaya,
Hehe im 22 pa naman kasi anyways if ever bumalik na naman iregular mens ko gotta go back to her :-)

I just always think positively.. normal naman weight ko. Kaya lang border line naman BP ko. Hehe
I will live healthier na talaga.

Thanks sa concern sis.. :))

^okay, sis. sorry last na, hehe. yung tungkol sa BCP normalizing cycles only, yes it's true, pero sabi nga ng OB-Gyne ko and i really believe it kasi i'm experiencing it, pag irregular cycle mo, your hormones are all thrown off, ang ibig kong sabihin, hindi "normal" yung "hormonal balance" mo, which has a lot of effect sa body natin may it be physically, emotionally, mentally. i have a diagnosed depression by a psychiatrist and the PCOS aggravates it pa kasi nga meron pang karagdagang "hormonal imbalances" aside from the hormonal imbalance that causes the depression.
