^sis, pagsakay mo sa ferry, may mga nakapaskil na flyers and numbers doon. meron din when you get down the ferry, you just make arrangements. that's what we did. so for about 10 people, pakyaw kami ng multicab for 1200, tapos tinanong kami ng driver where we wanna go, tapos okay na. nag white islang pa nga kami, while the driver was waiting lang, tapos siya nagbantay sa gamit. hehe

the people in the tourism office in camiguin are also quite friendly :)

Will be going there Feb 22-24. Will arrive 730am CDO. Plan namin diretso wwr and dahilayan. Kaso ang problem is 3 lang kami, bka di kami payagan mag wwr. Sana pumayag sila. May nabasa ako na package, wwr + dahilayan zipline + buffet + transfer, 2T/head. Meron pa ba kaya nito or meron pa kayang mas mura?

Hihi! Isip ko lang mga possible mangyari. May locker ba kaya sa wwr? free ba un or may fee? sana mura lang.

Meron ba kayo lam na affordable inn for three persons.

Siguro the next day na Camiguin tour namin. What's the best time to go there,  first two rides schedule nung boat from Balingoan to Benoni? and madali lang ba commute papuntang port?

What affordable inn sa Camiguin for 3 ulit? First time kasi namin makapunta dun.

Pagkanext day, balik na kmi sa CDO. Saan maganda bumili ng pastel. Pang pasalubong sana nmin. May idea kayo how much per box niya? Ang flight namin pabalik is mga 5pm kaya puro libot nalang ulit sa CDO para hanap pasalubong, at last syempre magvisit ng Church dun if ever.

Sorry dami tanong.. :)

^Hi sis hehe andami ng tanong. pero sasagutin kita, not from a tourist's point of view, but from a local's point of view. kasi taga-dito ako eh :)

1. advisable bang dumiretso from airport to wwr at 7:30 am?
yes. kasi from lumbia airport, yun na yung direction papunta sa wwr. besides, uumulan dito sa hapon, mas advisable mag wwr kung di umuulan, mas feel mo yung rapids. bring nalang kayo ng packed breakfast, if ayaw niyo magbreakfast sa carinderia outside the airport. you can ask you guides to fetch you at the airport diretso na wwr.

2. may lockers ba sa wwr?
hehe i am not sure sis pero parang wala.  you can leave your things sa jeep at pababantayan sa guides. wala naman naging problem friends ko nito, well subagay, friends din namin yung guides so mapagkakatiwalaan naman. i guess choose your guides well based on previous feedback etc.

3. inn good for 3=1thou
okay naman na tong rate nato. you can also opt for budgetel, na 250 per head, although dorm type room siya. or if you are not choosy, meron din GV hotel malapit sa gaisano which is about 590 pesos per room na 2 beds, padagdag nalang kayo extra bed, or ipuslit mo nalang. yan ginagawa ng family ko when they visit here, di naman strict. i meant choosy, kasi medyo old hotel na siya. pero okay naman.

4. commute to port from balingoan ba?
it's easy sis. just ride a motorela (7 pesos each person) to agora terminal. meron din jeep on selected routes, 7.50 each person. tapos sakay kayo bachelor bus, wag kayo mag bagong lipunan bus, antagal dumating nun. may aircon, may hindi. baba kayo sa balingoan. then you can ride a motorela to the port. that's it :)

5. inn sa camiguin
sorry can't help kasi nagtent lang kami doon. pero re packaged tours, you can ask to pakyaw any multicab there, the driver will take you around the island. maghihintay pa yun while naligo kayo sa cold spring, hot spring atbp. hintay din siya pag nag white island kayo. remember white island closes around 11am yata, di ko na maremember so best to go in the morning.

6. saan bibili ng pastel?
sis, sa camiguin kayo bumili ng pastel! kasi sa camiguin naman talaga ang orig pastel, may flavors pa yung filling niya. otehrwise, you can go to cdo, may shop ang vjandep sa agora terminal, at meron din sa city proper mismo, just ride a rela :)

hope that helps!

WOW! Thank you sa pagtiyagang pagsagot ng marami kong tanong.  :) Sobrang nakatulong siya One more question ulit. Thanks ulit!

sis, actually, ang laki ng multicab for 3 people ha. as far as i know, merong ticket na good for rides+lunch and snacks and transpo na per person na. kahit whole day kayo sa dahilayan. kaso may minimum number of people yata yun. when my cousins came last december (before sendong) they opted to get this package, kaya now i have two extra tickets, di ako makasama nun kasi very much pregnant ako. at alangan pasamahin ko si husband unfair naman sa akin hahahaha so anyway, this reminds me, might as well check with dahilayan if i could sell these tickets at a lower price.

anyway, since 3 lang kayo, there is a service that goes to dahilayan and picks you up and brings you to cdo after. di ko maremember ha, parang 300+per person.may tarp kasi nakalagay sa may cofeeworks sa tabi ng xavier (dun ang pick-up), pag napadaan ako, balitaan kita ha :)

So, I can't answer all questions ha, but I will try :)

Day 1. I suggest Malasag. Pero what will you do there pala? Mag-rapel mo sa Mapawa (which is katabi lang ng Malasag?) or tipong chill-out lang, picnic picnic, picture-picture? I chose malasag kasi according to my mountaineer/adventurer husband, mas okay mag WWR sa umaga. Oh, yeah. You can go to night market if you come here friday or saturday. Ketkai, well, it's just a mall. I lived in Manila for 10 years prior to coming here, wala namang binatbat ang ketkai sa SM malls promise. hehe (except that SM here...is so malayo and walang laman waaaah)

Day 2. Dahilayan you can do in the morning, but if zipline lang naman gusto niyo gawin, finish na kayo niyan even before lunch. My cousins ganyan nangyari when they went eh. I've been to the Monastery, it's quite a ride, and I am not sure if they are located in the same part of Bukidnon. Dahilayan I think nasa Manolo Fortich, the Monastery I forgot na. Better to pakyaw your own vehicle. I will ask husband about this ha.

Day 3. Dito na kayo mag WWR. although pagod kayo from bukidnon the day before, pero kaya naman. besides, iba ang adrenaline rush ng WWR. Do it in the morning then you have time to buy last-minute pasalubong, chill-out before your flight back.

Budget Hotels:
So i will just describe its location etc ha

Casa Crystalla--it's a stone throw away from Divisoria. very near fastfood chains etc. pero super matraffic dito. don't know if okay sa loob, sa labas, mukhang okay naman.

Casa Isabella-- medyo malapit sa Crsytalla, also in Divisoria.
*note that I may have interchanged these two hehe magkatunog names eh

Victoria Suites--okay naman. I've stayed there twice yata.

Metro Hotel--i may have seen this but for the life of me, di ko talaga maalala nasan siya

New Dawn and Mass SPecc---same, di ko maalala nasan to banda

Vines Pension--Maganda siya tingnan sa labas, the downside is malapit siya sa Cogon Market. Well, nothing is wrong with the Cogon Market, but you know, might want to avoid walking at night with valuables etc. MAy katabi tong magandang pensionne house which is named Amarea. Really pretty outside, but I asked, and it's expensive for CDO! anyhoo, vines is good kasi there's a jeep route na malapit, you can take the jeep to go to ketkai. at malapit sa cogon, kung balak niyong mamalengke and mag-ukay (mura ang ukay sa CDO!)

Okay, that's all I can say hehe. Have fun when you guys come here! Amping! :)

^^ sis katiztic, thanks so much sa imong quick and comprehensive reply, hehe. re Malasag, the only reason I thought of it is because I can't think of many places where we can go in CDO if we're arriving at 12:55pm (mo unpack pa and pahuway gamay) and my friend is DEFINITELY not the adventurous type (pero ganahan man sya sa WWR ha! hehe) so I guess rapelling is out. Chill ra mi didto, picture picture and picnic.  :)

Re Bukidnon, if it'll take too much time to go from Dahilayan to Manolo, we'll just have to go one na lang. I'll let my "non-adventurous" friend choose between the zipline and the monastery, hehe.

Re hotels, sige I will look at Victoria's web site and reserve na.

Oi salamat kaau sis sa imung tabang, maybe we'll get to  see you in CDO while we're there, haha. I hope you don't mind answering more questions if ever.  ;D

^Sure, hehe. PM me before your trip para I can give you your number, in case you get lost, or if you wanna ask where to eat hehe

Hehe, well, the Monastery is definitely not for the adventurous type, so your friend might like it haha. pero maganda sobra yung church nila, overlooking the coffee fields, so okay din.

Re Malasag, I suggest you buy food to bring up there, SOBRANG MAHAL ng pagkain sa restaurant doon promise, nakakainis talaga the last time we went there. wala din namang masyadong makita doon except for nature, hehe but in fairness doon (at sa Mapawa) ko gagawin maternity shoot ko hehe

Naku mag WWR kayo! This I have yet to do (kasi preggers nga), but I am itching, itching, itching to do this na!

walang locker, kami iniwan namin sa jeep yung mga gamit namin, then may mga kasama yung guide namin na incharge sa pagbantay ng gamit. tsaka sabi ng mga guides huwag daw mag-alala, wala na daw magnanakaw sa mga gamit namin, dahil lahat ng magnanakaw kasama na namin (sila yun - yung mga guides, he he he)

Pagkanext day, balik na kmi sa CDO. Saan maganda bumili ng pastel. Pang pasalubong sana nmin. May idea kayo how much per box niya?

sa may camiguin na kayo bumili ng pastel, duon sa original store , last december 2011 ang price is Php 130 sa big box (12 pcs), then Php 65 sa small box (6 pcs)

So many things to do... So little time
