may nabasa naman ako wheatgrass daw good for detoxification daw, thou di ko pa nattry.. will it help us kaya talaga? $:-\$

parang ok din yung green barley pang detox, yun ang ni-recommend nung chiropractor namin ni hubby e.

how much kaya yung detox-kit? may naka try na ba sa inyo or may nakapag inquire na ba sa inyo?

mga sis i've tried all of those kasi: red juice, wheatgrass and barley. hindi ko kasi kaya yung taste nya parang bumabalik sa palabas ng throat ko. i am also acidic kasi kaya sensitive ang stomach ko sa mga ganyan. honestly himalayan goji juice lang talaga ang kaya ko inumin and surprisingly hindi nangangasim sikmura ko unlike other fruit juices/supplements.

ako kasi hindi nagwork sa akin yan eh, plus i saw na mataas yung sodium content ng wheat grass.

ah baka ganun din sakin. kasi ng-try ako last sunday mag-blender ng apple,carrots,banana & malunggay. ok naman taste nya, pero sumakit sikmura ko after taking it. kahapon uminom uli ako nun, ayun sumakit uli sikmura ko. (kulit ko noh)
and yes acidic din me. i had ulcer nga before eh (mga 4 yrs ago).
hayy...ibig sabihin di rin pede sakin yung red juice?

i dunno... sometimes kasi iba-iba reaction ng katawan natin sa iba't ibang substances. maybe you should not take it on an empty stomach, kain ka muna. ako kasi kahit may laman tiyan ko, sumasama pa rin pakiramdam ko, pero ngayon ok na ako since nga mag-take ako ng HGJ. it's the only fruit juice i take and i feel really energetic with it. that's why im recommending it talaga.
some people kasi they look at the price lang which is sad.

but i won't risk my health for some cheapy-cheapy products. i read so much about this and i use it personally kaya mataas na talaga yung belief level ko dito.

mga sis yung sakin its really water lang since drop lang sya sa water. kaya wala masama lasa.hirap din kasi ko uminom ng kakaibang lasa

. its just a matter of finishing 1.5 liters of water with drops of homeopathic meds for detoxification. effects nya is wiwi ng wiwi which is ok lang naman sakin.

sis karla, 2700 un na 3 bottles ipapatak lang sa iinuming water. sa isang 1.5 liters na water tig 30 na drops. Need maubos yun before 7pm at in between meals pede inumin di pwede yung during meals.. Sa tabi ng ininom mong water wiwi ka ng wiwi pero ang gaan sa pakiramdam. Nawala yung feeling ko na pag umiihi parang meron pa lalabas hahaha!! sarap na tuloy umihi kahit kainis pabalik balik sa cr..

sis yung OB ko nagbigay sakin nyan. meron sya sa clinic nya a available, pero consultation muna siguro talaga. at check yung reproductive health mo

tama sis, kasi bilin sakin ng OB anything na pinapasok ko sa katawan na di nya inadvise is considered drugs.. I may not know daw kung ano iba effects sa katawan. its best talaga to consult a doctor since yung tinatake ko is inn the forms of medicine
