I don't have any of those symptoms but I know how to treat diabetes. Do you want any help?

^Sis, what do you mean when you said hindi ka hiyang? I think you should go back to your doctor, baka kailangan i adjust yung dose ng meds mo. Or maybe you could take extended release forms just like what my brother has been taking. Anong gamot mo?

^I am taking Metformin sis. So far medyo ok na ako ngayon.

He used to take metformin tab 500 mg 3 times a day, kaso ang dalas nyang may lbm. Ngayon glucophage XR mas tolerated ng tyan nya. You should let your doctor know about the side effects you have been experiencing. Check mo rin yung diet mo, check the quality of carbs that you eat. Here are tips for better blood sugar control: Blood sugar control in diabetes

Hi, a friend of mine gave his mom an all-natural supplement that he said was able to bring down his mom's sugar level to almost within acceptable level in just a few months without any signs of it going up again and didn't experience any side effects.  I plan to have my mom who is also diabetic try it as well as soon as she finishes up with her current meds.  Aside from that it also increases stamina and endurance which as it is primarily used to boost energy levels.  In case you'd like to give it a try and get details, you can pm me your number so I can give share you the information because I can't reply privately here since I'm still not allowed to send private messages :(

*peace* :D
-A change in LIFESTYLE sis would help your husband... THIS IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE...

-Meaning dapat simula sa diet at activity..

-Increase your husbands activity kung sedentary siya... Lots of exercise

-Eat less sugar

-Lower the consumption of foods with "High Glycemic Index" yung mga pagkain na biglang nag papataas ng glucose sa dugo... (ex. White bread, white rice -naks peyborit! haha! etc...)

-Eat foods which has "low glycemic index" yung mga pagkain na nagrerelease ng glucose sa blood ng dahan dahan... (ex. fruits, veggies, whole grains - generally yung mga pagakaing yucky kasi healthy, haha!)

Dun naman sa alcohol intake, it will not increase naman the blood glucose...

whatever.... ;)

If ever any of you have considered going all-natural in controlling sugar levels, here's a link to an article discussing the results of a study made on the product that was recommended to me for my mother who has diabetes and might be useful to someone here.  http://www.naturalnews.com/008594.html.  Message me if you're interested in it, so I can give you instructions on how to get a hold of it since it's not available at pharmacies
