When is the best time to resign?
« on: July 13, 2011, 08:49:30 AM »
what do you think guys?

sobrang toxic na ko dito sa work ko. ganito kasi, i work in "customer service" which is very stressful i deal with a lot of difficult clients everyday. i work in a branch, we used to be 3 tapos yung kasama kong isa eh nagresign na. so 2 na lang kami, wala kasing kapalit. and feeling ko yung work nung kasama ko na umalis eh ipinasa saken lahat.. nadoble yung work ko without increase in my salary. feeling ko talagang pasan ko lahat ng trabaho dito..

matagal ko ng gusto magresign dito kaso di ko magawa. hay. sana magkaroon ako ng courage na umalis dito.

best is when you have another offer or another sure fallback in income. if you feel any compensation isn't worth the stress you're getting now look for something else and tender in the resignation. don't tie yourself with a job you are not ok doing lalo if you're young pa. as my dad would tell me when it's time to move on 'emotions lang yan.'

umalis ka pag nakuha mo na 13th month pay mo at nakapgsign ka na ng contract sa ibang company.
make sure na may papasukan ka na pagkatapos mo magresign.

If you're not happy anymore, then by all means resign. But would be better if you start looking for a job replacement.
i would love to love you like you do to me....

try mo sis mag send ng resume thru email, tas kung may schedule ka na exam or interview kung kaya half day yun na lang ang ileave mo. no choice ka talaga, kailangan mo magleave para sa exam at interview.

good luck sis! :)

I agree with the posts here. Although I want to leave my present company ng wala akong lilipatan, I opted to wait for the right opportunity na hindi ko na din naman pagsisisihan. Ang hirap din maging bum and at the same time, sayang ang income. Hehe. We have to admit, we need the money to survive.

yes, 30 days dapat na notice if you resign.

I'd say always leave the company on a good note so that they won't affect your future employment prospects in any way.  And yes, 30 days notice is required.  Sometimes, if the boss is kind, he/she cana waive that requirement.  But it's best to assume that they won't.

As for magparegular ka o hindi, I don't think it matters.  :)
