Stimulate your brain to work, read books, magazines and other things that could stimulate yung
pag-iisip mo. :)

None of those brain vitamins (glutaphos, memoplus) would work if you dont pair it with doing
activities that stimulate yung pag-andar ng analysis mo. :)

I also read or watched somewhere that you should try something totally new like say, brushing your teeth using your left hand (if you use the right), or doing crossword puzzles to challenge your brain into coming up with new nerve connections.  ;)
Under construction. Building a better person. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I believe it's pretty affordable. Maybe around 20-30Php per pill. Try Healthy Options. I bought loads from the US for my patients in the clinic. Omega 3 also is good because it actually supports the cell membranes of your neurons or nerve cells.

goldengirl ganyan din ako.... ang hassle kaya... once i was at my parent's house, pumasok [textspeak!] sa room nila to ask my dad something, si hubby iwan ko sa sala... ayun, about 1 hour later chaka ako lumabas, tulog si hubby sa sofa, at ako nagulat, nalimutan ko talaga na hinihintay niya pala ako!! he was so mad and natatawa at nagtatampo all at the same time kasi kinalimutan ko daw na may asawa na ako!!

nothing beats mindwork, try reading magazines or books more, answering puzzles or anything that would keep your mind working, kahit anong supplementation ng brain vitamins if the mind is most of the time idle, medyo hindi rin talaga uubra. :)

bf ko din makakalimutin..sobra..bawal mo siya sabayan kapag may sinasabi siya kasi hindi na niya maalala.. nakakalimutan niya pati oras ng pasok niya.. natatawa na nga ko minsan..biro niya bagay daw kami dahil ako lakas ng memory ko ;D sabi niya effective daw memo plus pero para sakin its all in the mind lang yung sa memo plus.. hehe hindi kasikonaniniwala..

as what sis babyjapnurse said, i think better pa rin to read books and solve puzzles..ive read somewhere na ang prevention daw sa alzheimers is reading, silving crosswords and sudoku or otherthings that will challenge your brain.. :)
