you can also check out Uniqlo's airism line. their tops have built in bras, so it's really comfortable for doing yoga.

Hi mga sis, anyone could tell me how much rates sa yoga plus? I'm still a student and this is the most convenient for me apart from beyond yoga kasi because of the location.

^^they have 1k for unlimited 1 week pass then 3k for unlimited 1 month pass
pwede mo iavail yung 1 week then 1 month pass after
their regular rate depends on the number of months that you'll avail, ranging from 6k (per month basis)
to 3.6k/month if you avail their 12-month package

I suggest you catch the hatha yoga class first. That's good enough primer then you could proceed with Power or Hot Yoga class. Don't miss out on the core flow too. Im eyeing to resume attending classes there

They're offering better classes and schedules this time. My only concern there is the studio is quite small coz the mats are placed rather close to each other. When you spread your arms sideways, surely disrupted practice ng katabi mo

^ happy to hear that sis, have you tried their one week promo?
I haven't been to their ortigas branch, but I think it's bigger than their fort branch.
The fort branch is a little small pero malinis din and well maintained.

I availed of the yoga plus package for first timers. Yung 1 month unlimited. So far, flow, hot b and c palang nasusubukan ko. kamusta yung bang classes nila? natry mo na ba lahat?

barre3 is more on pilates rather than yoga. i think if u want faster toning, barre3 is the way to go. but i really like yoga plus' hot yoga. detox sa yoga plus tapos toning sa barre3. perfect combo!

How much nagagastos nyo sa yoga? Membership and kung ano ano pang necessities.
Saka san kaya may malapit sa Cavite?
I work from Fort Bonifacio, Market-Market tapos night shift pa.
I want sana after shift ng 6am kahit twice a week lang, wala naman akong alam na malapit.

^^Jivamukti is nice too sis, not so sweaty and strenuous as hot yoga parang flow pero relaxed na relaxed ka after. Led ashtanga is a little challenging, more on advanced poses. Be sure to try their special classes din on Saturdays iba-ibang types of yoga ang nakaschedule (yin yoga, etc.)

Hot yoga is nice talaga no? Feeling mo parang nailabas mo na lahat after ng session.
Sabi din nila mas mainit nga daw ang hot yoga sa ortigas branch.
