^ i'm attending their free sessions (soft opening promo) in global city sis,
i've tried their fnr and vinyasa flow classes and ok naman so far, magaling din yung instructors nila.
More of introductory classes yung free sessions, pero ok din for not really beginners narerefresh yung basics.
Di ko ako makapagcomment regarding facilities kasi di pa talaga finished lahat.
You could try their free classes extended yata hanggang saturday :)

hi sis,
you need to bring a yoga towel and another towel to wipe your sweat.
you could also bring a sanitizer for the mat if you want, and a water bottle too :)
I suggest you reserve a mat in their website, just follow the link to the open house.

Btw, anyone tried yogaplus here in global city?

^welcome sis payroll_lady :)
^^sis mango, fnr is really for beginners, the teachers recommend nga that you take fnr classes first before you attend the other classes. And the instructors are nice and friendly too :) i particularly liked this one teacher who made an effort to know allthe students' names, kaya feel ko yung comments nya kasi parang tinututukan ka din talaga.

Astig nga si Martin! His classes are always challenging, pero you feel really relaxed after. By the way, I'd like to share my recent blog entry about my Urban Ashram experience:

check out white space studio in katipunan girls. it's a new one and upon ingress, id say one can instantly catch that relaxing, sort of ruminative vibe. I was able to score a trial coupon worth 500 for 1-week unlimited classes. Unfortunately, I only got to try once coz of time constraints but Im sure all classes are worth the time. See for yourselves :)

I'm not sure sis if this route passes by market market, pero madali naman siya puntahan.
It's in high street the building with the f&x store and aktivfun near dimensione.

agree sis, his classes are more difficult than others pero may fair warning naman sa start ng class :D and yun nga di ka naman mahihiya when they correct you or when you try the more challenging poses kasi encouraging talaga sila

^there is sis, lucky you! :) ongoing pa yata so go get your coupons. Sulit na yun at 500 even if you would be able to catch 2 classes only. Keep me apprised when you get to try Tai Chi and the meditation class. Im eyeing those 2 too.

Im hoping to get into a 30-day challenge by next month similar to Bikram's but panira lang ang weather :(

How many sessions yon two weeks? Mahirap ba for beginners and dapat ba may sa riling mat? Thanks

hi sis, unlimited session for two weeks. you can do it every day or every other day as you preferred. I think for beginners tolerated naman yung heat and poses. if ever hindi talaga kaya pwedeng umupo at mag deep breath. Mas advisable na may sariling mat but I know you can rent there. :)

hi sisses!

Saan kayo bumibili ng affordable yoga clothes?

By the way, I recently enrolled for a one year package in yogaplus, sana masulit ko siya *crossfingers* :) I was choosing between yogaplus and urban ashram, kasi sila yung nearest yoga studios sa akin and I decided on yogaplus because of the hot yoga sessions. Feel ko lumabas lahat ng toxins sa katawan after each session :) and its very convenient change of clothes lang talaga dadalhin mo and water bottle solve ka na.

Sis try mo yung clothes sa Sassa na brand. I hoard their tops and shorts for my Bikram practice. Super cheap if you practice 3-4 times a week.

thanks sis startlit, will look for it tomorrow in the mall. I've seen their workout clothes pero di ako sure kung pwede sa hot yoga but if you use it for bikram (na from what I know is warmer than hot yoga) then bibili na ko. Target ko nga ang 3-5x a week kaso hassle naman maglaba lagi ng clothes.
