Sulit yan coz their practice is "true to form" and they make sure they adjust the poses and the pace of transitions whenever novices are around. Ive done classes from their QC branch in Commonwealth btw. And even if Ive tried other studios, I keep coming back to them. My suggestion is you try the Gentle Yoga session for starters then when you're already comfortable with the execution of the postures, get hooked with the Hot Yoga. Don't miss out on a Hatha class too if that is being offered in Makati as well. If Ms. Pearl, the owner, holds classes there make sure you catch her class. Just be wary of the idea that you may consider teacher-training after though =)
