^^ they hold Yoga classes apart from other group exercise classes. The type of yoga being practiced varies with every gym branch. But typically, they have gentle and dynamic yoga classes, whereby the latter is more oriented to intermediate-advanced yogis/yoginis. And from my experience with having gone to different yoga studios, they're not as critical with observing and teaching the proper execution of poses which heightens susceptibility to injury, esply for the beginners. Ang laki kasi ng studio and there, usually, are so many attendees that the instructor is barely able to address beginners individually. I suggest you attend a session from a Yoga studio for starters before proceeding to a gym-based class.
