No such thing as best time of the day to exercise. The thing is you exercise when you have the time and you are committed in exercising regularly.

I would love to do it in the morning. Okay sana to boost your energy for the day. Kaya lang sobrang bagal ko kumilos sa umaga
for sure kapag nagwork out ako sa umaga, late ako araw araw.

So I do it at night, 9-10PM. Then shower, then sleep na. Kaya lang ang hirap lang dyan, minsan hindi ka makatulog agad kasi nagfflow pa yung adrenaline mo e.
Kaya minsan, yoga lang ako sa gabi. Weekends lang ako nagcacardio and weight lifting kapag pwede ko gawin sa umaga.

mas nagwo-work sakin yung 6am-8am na walking session. i do it every Monday morning after breakfast. busy na kasi the rest of the day.

hindi effective sakin yung after work na exercise kasi gustong gusto ko na matulog by then  ;D

Ako mga around 5-7pm tanghali na kaasi ako lagi nagigising e.hehe  :D ;)
Ropes, squats and jog ang ginagawa ko then after exercise ligo na.

sa gabi ako nag-eexercise, mostly around 9-10 pm. mas madali akong makatulog after a workout. i have more time sa gabi kasi morning shift ko :)
