^haha, kaya nga happy ako pag meron parang katulad ko(in size) sa class! at least i don't stand out much, joke lang, haha! but during class naman kanya-kanya na, you won't have time to notice other people din naman.
i currently alternate plana with running, once a week lang ako plana for the meantime. the muscle soreness goes away faster now, let's say i take plana monday night, by wednesday ok na. unlike the first time, weekend na yata ako naging ok, haha!
i think ok rin naman plana for losing weight. you get to build muscles kasi. more muscles = faster fat burning.
