^yung ampalaya kailangan fully submerge sya sa water then madami akong nilalagay na salt siguro nasa 3 to 4 tablespoons. habang ginigisa ang giniling hayaan mo lang sya dun pag ilalagay mo na yung ampalaya saka mo idrain ang water with salt.

tsaka iwasan din na haluin ng haluin habang niluluto.  Meron kasing ampalaya na hindi masyado mapait.  Tsaka ampalaya is created na mapait yun ang characteristic niya so be it.... hehe :) adjust na lang tayo ng tastebuds natin.

^yup ganyan din ginagawa ko, di ako halo ng halo & walang takip ang pot. Tip sa pagbili ng ampalaya, dapat yung malalaki ang kulubot nya & color not too dark green para di mapait.

Hindi ba umaalat yung ampalaya nyo mga sis? Di ko kasi matantsa yung asin. Kahit naka 3 times na hugas and piga na ako minsan maalat pa din pagniluluto kaya minsan naoovercook ko :(

palagi ako nagluluto nito kahapon lang ito niluto ko, pero never naging mapait luto ko. minsan yun nga masarap may konting pait diba.

asin lang katapat niyan sis..ganito-example isang malaking Ampalaya,sliced na.ilagay mo sa planggana maliit na pwede babaran ng gulay,maninipis ang hiwa..lagyan mo 2 kutsarang asin saka atleast 2 to 3 cups of water..after 5 minutes medyo pigain mo,wag super diin kasi madudurog yung Ampalaya..tapos repeat mo uli yung asin saka tubig for another 5 minutes..mga 3 to 4x mo ulitin depende kung gaano kadami yung Ampalaya mo..
