Hi sisses! I have tried several times and the result is so so. parang laging may kulang kahit sure naman akong sinunod ko yung recipe. I hope someone can share her recipe, yung fluffy sana ang kakalabasan and tastes good as well. Thanks!

^ i haven't. hehe lagi kasi madalian so i settle for pillsbury nalang kasi laging success yung pancake ko pag yan gamit ko :P haha pag iba kasi, either parang hiwa-hiwalay (durog) or basta di ko ma-perfect yung pagka-circle.

Try this from yummy.ph :)

Classic Pancakes

Try making your own pancakes from scratch!

Makes 16 to 20 pancakes \ Prep Time 10 minutes \ Cooking Time 15 to 20 minutes

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

2 cups milk, at room temperature
4 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
2 eggs

1  In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Whisk to blend.

2  In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Whisk to blend, then pour into the bowl of dry ingredients. Using the whisk, mix just until dry ingredients are moistened; don’t try to make the batter smooth or the pancakes will end up tough.

3  Using a 1/4 measuring cup, portion the batter onto a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. When bubbles begin to form and burst on the surface, flip the pancake over and cook 1 minute more. The pancakes should be a nice medium gold.

4  Place on a plate and cover with a dry tea towel to keep warm. Keep going until you have used up all the batter. Serve immediately.

Hi girls! Please share naman your tips on how to make fluffy and perfect pancakes, yung parang pancakes ng Mcdo or Jollibee? I don't know ano ginagawa kong mali.  :'( I'm tempted to buy a pancake maker na tuloy.

sis, yung pancake mix (maya, pillsbury), wag mo masyado i-over mix, hayaan mo na medyo lumpy pa yung batter. Tapos use a non-stick pan. Lagay mo yung batter tapos hintayin mo mag-bubbles yung taas, pag medyo madami ng bubbles (wag mo hintayin mag bubbles yung buong taas), i-flip mo na!

Wag din masyado madaming batter yung ilagay mo para lang kumapal/maging fluffy kasi mas lalong mahirap maluto or magiging hilaw yung gitna.

Hope this will help! :)

Try nyo yung Maya ´Think Heart´ Whole Wheat Pancake Mix. Masarap na, healthy pa! For kids: Spread your favorite peanut butter on top plus maple syrup, super sarap! Breakfast or dessert! :)

^Hi sis! Thanks for the reply ha. Ah, oo nga. Na-oovermix ko nga yung batter. Tapos makapal ako maglagay. ;D I'm using a non-stick pan naman kaso mukhang kailangan ko pa ng more practice sa pag-flip. Anyway, I'll try again this weekend. Thanks again! :)

I'm usually content using Pillsbury Creamy Vanilla mix. I add powdered milk, a little sugar, egg, and water. Cinnamon kung meron. Sa syrup gamit sa household either yung Pillsbury pancake syrup or CEM maple syrup with honey. Then Anchor butter. We're not that fancy with pancakes, basta fluffy enough ok na. Then fruit or other breakfast food on the side. :D

i use pillsbury pancake mix. yummers sobra. tapos i add cinnamon to the batter and sliced bananas or sliced strawberries. then once cooked,  i top it with cinnamon syrup (di naman mashadong obvious na matakaw ako sa cinnamon diba...hehe) and butter. pag di tinatamad, i put whipped cream on top as well. serve with bacon or maling on the side and scrambled eggs. then the best part...eat na. sarap!

di ako creative sa pancake ko. what i do is the usual lang: lagyan ng milk and eggs, then use butter.
