as far as i know, you need to deposit it to your account (to whoever the manager's cheque is named) before you can have it in cash.

pwede mo rin naman ipa-uncross nalang yung cheque sa authorized signatories para ma-encash.. if they will allow it. :)

if it's a BPI manager's cheque, you can encash it in any BPI branch

Usually, from the MCs I have seen, they are crossed (printed na yun). Maybe you can check with the bank.  I suppose you can go the the issuer bank and have it encashed there.  They will probably ask you for 2 government issued IDs.

super late na pero if Citibank, punta ka sa Citibank along Paseo de Roxas. Bring two valid ID's. I am not sure kung [textspeak!]-ano yung valid but I used a PRC ID and my company ID. ;D
