Not exactly where pero combination of what and where na rin :)

- Be around your family
- Spend time with kids or visit the orphanage
- Get involved in activities such as Gawad Kalinga and Habitat for Humanity
- Watch the news often (you will realize that your problem is not that big compared to what others are exepriencing)
- Church

Whenever I need a moment of silence, its usually my room. But when it reaches the point I couldn't handle my emotions, I hang out at my friend's place or cafes.

I'm dealing with it right now. Konting happy I think I'm slowly moving on pero minsan lonely pa din kapag naiisip ko sya. tuwing umaga sinasabi ko sa sarili ko "today I decided to be happy, you have to move on."

I always pray, I go to church, shopping, magastos kasi palagi ako lumalabas kumakain sa labas.

I talk to a very trusted friend, I pary a lot - sya lang makakatulong sa akin.

food trip with friends and shopping alone help me a lot when i'm sad and heartbroken... pag medyo okay na, stay na lang sa house and eat ice cream. pero syempre hindi nawawala yung "crying moment"... iyakin ako, sobra!

Pag nalulungkot ako, pumapasok lang ako sa room and then listen sa music close my eyes and pag medjo okay na ako i pray nalang. After a while okay na din ako dun.
