Our wedding will be held in Antonio's. I think mas mura na babayaran ko sa Antonio's compared to the 5-star hotels here and mas masarap pa dun =)
Sulit talaga everytime we eat in Antonio's.

Sa bag of beans, ano mas OK for breakfast, their Breakfast Buffet or Ala Carte Menu lang?

Based sa nababasa ko kc sa mga blogs/reviews, walang cakes and pies sa Breakfast Buffet nila? Bukod kasi sa breakfast nila i also want to try thier pies and cakes.

The best places we have tried in Tagaytay na binabalik-balikan namin are the ff:

Antonio's - high-end but worth every centavo you spend. The food, ambiance and service are great. Hands down the perfect place to celebrate anything special sa restaurant na ito. Or if you just want to splurge go here. Reservations only.

Restaurant Verbena in Discovery Country Suites - super yummy food! It's a Miele's guide reco. Service is great. Right now they have 50% off every Wednesdays until July in celebration of their 8th year anniversary. You can do walk-in but go early since they are always full specially on weekends.

Sonya's garden - simple, organic and yummy food. We've tried both their B&B accommodation and walk-in dining. Andami ng servings nila! Very affordable. I love their dalandan juice.

Marcia Adams Tuscany - new discovery, recommended by sis mkga. Ang ganda ng place nya! Their food is simple lang but very tasty. Affordable din, average price for a 3 course meal is Php700 (appetizer/main entree/dessert). The owners are very engaging and hands on. Reservations only.

 :)

For Bulalo: Green ATS - they are the cleanest, yummiest and they serve fast. Good view too! We love going there during the wee hours at night.

For a romantic ambiance and yummy food: Sonya's Garden - fail-safe for my hubby and I. we had our reception here and everytime we go to Tagaytay, we would always drop by Sonya's either to eat bfast, lunch or dinner or just buy choc muffins and breads at their Panaderia.

For special occasions: Antonio's - yes food is quite pricey, but the ambiance with the food combined make it overall worth it.

 ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

We had lunch at Tootsie's yesterday.  Generally, the food was good.  Our children loved the spaghetti Bolognese (sauce was similar in taste to Pancake House's spaghetti sauce) and Buffalo chicken wings, even the spicy ones.  My husband and I loved the grilled maliputo (though pricey at P500+ for just 300 grams) and puso ng saging.  The laing was just okay; I've tasted better laing, pero pasado naman at hindi makati yung sa Tootsie's.  The grilled prawns (3 pcs) were cooked well though pricey din at Php400+.

Babalik kami to try the lengua and other dishes.  Yesterday kasi my husband did not feel like eating meat.

pinakamasarap pa din na bulalo na natikman ko sa tagaytay is at LZM Resto, tapat ng The Grill antonios near Leslies.
Blueberry cheesecake, carbonara, shepherds pie at Bag of Beans (highly recommended)
Chicken barbeque at the Hawaiian Barbeque @ Bed and Breakfast
Sinampalukang manok at The Grill Antonios
Buko Tart and Espasol at Loumars
