Just sharing my recent ordeal with NAIA 1. Medyo na-late kami sa pagpunta sa carousel where our baggages were taken. And just as 'expected' (cause it happened to us last time!), nawawala ang 2 baggages namin. We had to go through paper work para ilagay ang details ng bag and kung saan 'ishi-ship'. Pagdating namin sa bahay, we got a phone call na natagpuan na raw ang bags namin and it was 'mistakenly' taken by someone daw. At dahil sa ganun yung reason, hindi daw nila malaman kung kanino icha-charge ang shipping! So in other words, bumalik daw kami and i-claim. Hellooo...napaka-unique kaya ng luggage ko para mapagkamalan na sa kanya yun! Sobrang coincidence naman na merong pasahero ng same airline (Hawaiian airlines) na kapareho ng bagahe ko?!
We went there and asked for an explanation kung bakit nawala ang bags namin in the first place. Kase daw, merong flight papuntang Bicol and natangay yung bags namin. Hellloooo....sabi noong una merong kumuhang iba at binalik lang kaya nga di nila ma-handle yung shipping and claiming it's not their fault. Tapos ngayon, yung baggage handlers pala ang may kasalanan. Sobrang abala talaga for us. Imagine, di pa kami nakaka-settle sa bahay eh bumalik agad kami sa airport.
And of course, merong nawala! The big bag of chocolates na nasa front side ng baggage ko ang natangay.
