Insurance companies- who's the best employer?

saang insurance company po ok ang salary, benefits, management and work environment?
i'm currently working in an insurance company-- doing customer service and underwriting.

i've been with grepalife as an underwriter for the past 3 years... so far so good.. =)

just go to any grepalife branch and ask when they are having their training for new agents.... you'll have to get training, take the exam at the insurance commission, after you pass, you can sell...

it is also better if you know somebody from the company, preferably an agent or a manager who can guide you...

at our branch it is usually saturday mornings... they discuss the business, what you need to do, and how much you are going to make... but be careful of which group you are joining.. make sure that your manager will 'take care' of you esp for the first few months/yrs... ...
