mk_23, sorry i just read your reply. i tried washing with vinegar and water solution. well, it lessen the discharge and reduced the itching. but when i checked it today it looks weird. may rashes sa side ng clit na mejo itchy. hindi sa mismong clit, dun sa pinaka-cheeks nya. reddish [textspeak!] shade ng skin and visible [textspeak!] rashes even though they're really small. [textspeak!] tip ng clit may rashes din. it's not so itchy naman but im worried about it na talaga. i did not feel any pain anywhere except sa slight itching. i really want to go to the doctor na talaga but i really cannot afford the fees especially if i will be required to undergo some tests. im really worried na talaga... :(

nagpacheckup me doctor kasi planning to have a baby. one of the steps to check is to know if may infections kasi baka mamatay agad sperms. First papsmear ko moderate inflammation (no symptoms) sabi ng ob ko may sugat ang vaginal walls ko. Pwede daw nakuha ko bec nakipagmakelove ng Hindi well lubricated or malaki si mister. Prescribed albothyl 6 vaginal suppositories every other night. After treatment, manual nilinis yung natirang tissues like sa loob... Yun ata ang nagtake effect na gamot. Kusa naman lalabas kapag nagincrease water intake. pero para to make sure inexamined ng ob ko. then after a month... repeat papsmear to check if naghealed na talaga. kagagaling ko lang ng bohol that time. eto nanaman mild inflammation due to fungal infection. 1 oral tablet of fluconazole. eto may symptoms... kasi  palagi me naiihi saka masakit sa puson kapag ihi. parang may cramps. then lumipat ako ng ob. pinagvaginal analysis me (no symptoms, protocol lang nung new ob ko). parang procedure ng papsmear pero mas thorough yung examination ng specimen. sa stlukes ginawa pero sa up pgh dinala (nakaindicate kasi sa result from pgh). siguro sa pgh lang meron nun? haha ayun wala naman major problem like infection. may super mild lang. pinagvaginal tablet me fluimucin for 5 nights. tapos okay na. basta mga sis stay away sa mga ph care, lactacyd, kahit betadine wag everyday. kasi matatapang toh. mas okay pa kung water and super mild soap minsan. stay away din sa sweets mas madali magbuild up ng bacteria ang mataas ang sugar. hope that helps!

^ itzzmeeh: what kind of neopenotran did you use? i find that the more expensive one (i forget the name) works better. nawala na BV ko after using 2 suppositories. before, i used 7 suppositories of the cheaper kind, hindi nawala.
less packaging, more beautiful.

Iamreese,
I did not see any unsweetened yogurt anywhere. I love drinking dutchmil yogurt drink.

Itzzmeeh,
Baka nagrecurr ang bv or fungal infection mo sis because neo penotran or any other supp has no smell at all. Pacheck ka uli sa ob mo.

Miloo,
Tips para di magrecurr bv? I only wash with water now thorough washing lang talaga. I do not use ANY feminine, antiseptic, cider wash, vinegar anymore. Jan ako nadali sa phcare na yan my god good riddance!  So far okay naman at wala ng bumalik na infections.

Hi, let's say if I have vaginal infection or (God forbid) cervical cancer, is it still ok to get shots of the anti-cervical cancer vaccine?

^^ yes, itzzmeeh. I was supposed to take 3 neo (the expensive kind), but i had intercourse on the 3rd night so hindi ko na tinuloy. after that, nawala yung fishy smell. this was maybe 6-8 weeks ago. so far, ok pa naman.

Hi! just registered but been reading threads since last year..
I know if I'm desperately needing help talaga, dapat sa gynecologist ako pumunta kaya lang mga sis never pa ako nakakapagpacheck :-[ hindi naman sa talagang nahihiya ipacheck sa gyne yun private ko kasi nakapagpawax na ako, pero sa totoo lang dun sa mga makakakita na pupunta ako. naisip ko pacheck sa manila pero hindi ko alam kung saan okay and sana konti lang yun tao? sa may clinic sa megamall sana ako magpapacheck pero nahiya ako pumasok  :-[  anyways, problema talaga kasi nagkaroon ako ng physical contact sa partner ko, (oral sex lang and sya first ko), and since then lagi ako nagkakaroon ng boils :-\ (nagkaroon din ng boil yun partner ko :-\ and sinasabi nya sa akin daw nya nahawa yun pero madami na sya nakasex dati and sinabi nya sa akin na nagkakaroon sya ng boils noon bata pa sya, meron pa nga daw na 6 boils at the same time, and meron pa na lumaki yun boil tapos parang inopera pa? as far as I know from staph bacteria sya and pimples din may staph bacteria? wala akong ganun sa mukha, makinis, pero sya tagihawatin din.. I feel so bad lang kasi na ako yun sinisisi nya... yun unang boil sa may private ko at napakasakit talaga kala ko may ingrown hair lang. tapos nag antibiotic ako, pero pabalik balik pa rin. sa thighs, face, eyes, butt  :-\ parang halos once a month nagkakaroon ako ng boil, kaya monthly din umiinom ako ng antibiotic pag lumalabas yun boils, hanggang sa parang nagkakaroon na ako ng yeast infection kaya tinigil ko na at nireplaced ko nalang ng pag inom ng yakult - luckily parang tumalab naman yata kasi nawala yeast infection ko.  and pag apply ng fucidin antibiotic cream instead of taking antibiotic pills. pero yun boil bumabalik pa rin.. minsan may weird discharge din :-[ I always wash my private with either lactacyd and/or betadine femine wash.. any idea kung anong klaseng infection kaya ito? ever since bata ako never pa ako nagkaroon ng boils eh..  :-[

by the way, nakapagpacheck na ako dati sa doctor (not gyne) for general check up actually, blood chem normal, xray, urine, normal naman then... and naimention ko rin na nagkakaroon ako ng boil halos monthly but he said it was normal. sinabi ko sa kanya na never pa ako nagkaganoon na situation, I asked if he pwede ako magpatest sa blood to see if I have any kind of blood infection pero he insisted that it was normal naman daw ang boils. he didn't even prescribed any medication para man lang malessen or mastop yun pabalik balik na boil. :-\ and when my eye became reddish and painful and parang medyo namamaga, nagpacheck din ako sa opthalmologist and he confirmed that it's a boil - kuliti. he prescribed antibiotic and oinment. and gumaling naman.

Hi Misreese,

God bless Us!!

I'm a first time mom and it was my first time to get this kind of infection. I usually get the one that can be treated by suppository usually flagystatin or some other oral antibiotic for infection kaya lang this time it was sooo itchy dun sa lip part ng thing ko, I think that's the one you call labia minora. Dun makati and yung other other areas din. As far as I can remember, I had my partner trim my private kasi it's my first time getting pregnant so I really can' bend that much kasi nga medyo malaki na tummy ko I'm at 5 months now. So ayun, he trimmed it using his hair clipper the after that medyo kumati ng konti, siguro coz of the hair or whatever, so i washed etc... kaya lang that time we didn't have tissue for almost a week or two so sometimes I just wipe it with bimpo or minsan wala nang wipe wipe, so you can just imagine na it's wet down there! So ayun after ilang weeks it started to itch little by little hanggang sa parang makati nal talaga at namumula na na namamantal parang kinagat ng maraming insekto. Before I went to my OB I tried using Gynepro to wash it and warm water and wipe it every time I wash. Ayun medyo nawala yung kati nya. Kaya lang nandun parin [textspeak!] pamumula and pantal, medyo nawala [textspeak!] itch pero if kunwari nangati ng konting konti and I start sratching it, mangangati nanaman sya ng walang tigil. So I went to my OB for my pregnancy check up and to have my private looked it. She looked at it and I.E. nya ako she said meron akong discharge na yellowish so she gave me suppository (flagystatin) and Candibec cream for the itchiness and redness nung private ko. Kaya lang she said candibec contains steroids w/c is not good for the baby so she just asked me to use it for 2-3 times a day for 3 days lang. Me being scared for my baby's welfare, di ko follow yung medication nya for Candibec I put cream lang whenever it gets itchy. Up to now, from time to time kumakati sya lalo na if you leave it wet. Kaya I'll follow muna her medication, if nothing's happening I'll check with my OB again. Consultation just happened last week, so it's really not a super tagal case na for me.

Tapos yun nga, we should always keep our private dry daw whenever we pee or wash kasi yung mga bactrea na yan they love the wet areas. So dun sila nag sstay and nag populate. So remember, Let's keep it dry :) Always! hahaha... wag maging tamad :)
