If i may ask, why total hysterectomy? How severe is your endo? How big is your adeno sis?

I also have adenomyosis, and i know how frustating it is kasi no meds will cure that and if surgery naman, hindi pwede kasi within sa muscle yung cyst.

Try acupuncture or take barley. Backread ka sis madami ka mapupulot na alternatives.

Sis zhajhei_08, may mga kakilala akong nagkaron ng infertility problems at cysts pero di naman naapektuhan yung pagbubuntis nila.  Yung isa pa nga, nag-bleeding ng bonggang-bongga at nag-discharge pa daw sya ng marameng clots nung first few weeks nya.  Akala nya daw eh nakunan na sya pero parang iba daw yung pakiramdam kaya nagtest sya on her 3rd month at dun palang nya nalaman na buntis pa rin sya.  Yung cyst daw nya yung nag-cause ng bleeding pero okay naman yung baby.  Yung isa naman eh sabi eh hayaan lang daw yun at mawawala rin daw un pero di naman nawala after.  But the thing is, she had a healthy pregnancy at super ganda at healthy rin ng baby nya.  Kaya don't stress yourself much sis.  Magiging ok ka rin.  Bata ka pa at your chance is big.  Manalig ka!

^^ Kalat kasi yung adenomyosis ko pero madami sila. The biggest if I'm not mistaken is 3cm. 6cm naman yung endo ko sa right ovary. According to my OB, my adenomyosis is what's causing most of my abdominal and pelvic pain.

I've tried Barley before sis. Now I'm taking Usana as supplement. San ba meron nung acupuncture? Usually how much yun?

pinapapili ako ng ob ko kung alternative or operation na lang daw gawin sakin, syempre pag operation mas mabilis unlike pag alternative na it takes time...kaso kahit alternative pricey pa din, bahala na iipon muna kami pangpa opera pero as of now try muna meds & acupuncture...malaki daw kasi masyado yun size ng endo cyst ko around 7cm pa din. kaso i have fear of baka removing my ovary, kasi nakadikit na yata yun cyst sa ovary ko so mahirap daw yun tanggalin, kaya yun ang consequence...pwedde pa din naman daw magkaanak kahit isa [textspeak!] ovary, kaso i read some articles na meron daw complications yun pag may natanggal na ovary like heart disease or osteoporosis...haayyyy, nakaka depress lang...

Tried it or 2 cycles now.  Yung una, di ko sya na-straight ng 5 days.  Siguro eh mga 3x in a week lang pero may gaps in between.  Pero this cycle, I did it for straight 5-6 days.  Mga 1 hour kong binabad sa heat.  Actually, di ko na sya binanlawan.  Nilagyan ko lang ng powder.  It feel soothing.  AF's supposed to come yesterday pero di pa rin sya dumarating.  It feels as though I am in it now but the flow hasn't kicked in yet.  So far, wala pa naman yung very painful cramps na dinadanas ko bago sya dumating at tuwing andito sya.  I hope I haven't spoken too soon at sana nga eh di na talaga umulit yung ganung sakit. 

By the way, yung clinging wrap ang ginagamit ko instead of the black bag or other types.  Iniikot ko sya na parang binabalot ko yung body ko para din mas secured yung cloth sa place.  Saka ko papatungan ng hot water bottle at ng cloth then relax.  Sana nga eh it will work for me and do me wonders.  Wala naman kasing mawawala kung gagawin ko sya di ba?
