Fee Php 67.63).  late lagi ako mag-renew. he he.
100 naman sa medical at 300 sa drug test.

fail ang pag apply ko for non pro kanina. >.<

Need kasi talaga nila yung OR.

unless gusto mo talagang i-declare as lost.

but still, hopefully someone could answer din dito kung magkano rin ang affidavit. it was years ago noong kumuha ako ng affidavit of loss sa drivers license ko. i remember it was a hassle - at least for one holding a driver's license, kasi marami pa akong pinuntahan at pinagkagastusan such as the police station and the city hall.

but i still hold to my suggestion na kausapin mismo na lang ang LTO. don't go with the fixers though as you don't need them - deal with LTO mismo. yung case mo is not quite encountered often so I don't think maraming sisses rito ang may similar experience as yours - so the best bet talaga is kausapin mo mismo ang LTO personnel since sila pa rin ang may hawak ng records mo (and if ako rin ang mapunta sa situation mo I'd really do this than go through all the hassle). I hope you could do rin a phone call to the LTO for this inquiry.

:)

Nakalagay din if unemployed pwede walang TIN.

^Yey, I just got my student permit from West District LTO, Espana near Blumentritt, in just 10-15mins. I presented my PRC and SSS Universal IDs with photocopy and paid 318. Valid for 1 year.

I asked around na rin how much License Assistance from nearby Driving Schools
ADS   - student 700 non-pro 3,600
Aplus  - student 500 non-pro 2,500
RED 1 - student 600 non-pro 1,700 prof 1900 intl 2500
Smart - student 400 non-pro 1,185

I think they only assist if you enrolled with them as their student and you will use their car sa practical exam or pwedeng wala na rin yata.
Kasama na yata yung medical exam, drug test daw.

^What if walang TIN ID? and wala rin sa Student Permit? And currently unemployed.
Magdadala pa ako ng ITR photocopy? I don't see why need ng TIN when driving. May tax bang binabayaran?
