thanks mga sis...

yah, i realized nga na dapat maging patient ako.
siguro nga yung changes sa katawan ko hindi agad visible pero nafeel kong mas malakas nako.

napansin ko kasi hindi na ganun kahirap yung mga pinapagawa sakin na dati hirap na hirap ako gawin kahit isang round lang like yung jogging, skipping rope at yung sparring sessions.

2nd month ko na at itutuloy tuloy ko na to.

sobrang helpful sakin tong thread na to.

i love boxing made me strong talaga. i do 30day shred sa bahay namin on days na i dont do boxing at yakang yaka na. kaya ng walang hintuan and before and after lang ang inom ng water.

^ that's so true. Since starting this month of daily training, I am so getting used to it na and hinahanap hanap ko na ang magpapawis. It will make you really strong and tataas stamina and endurance mo. go go go lang yan sis!

I was able to buy Ensogo coupons a while back and I'm excited to go back to boxing this week!

It's been months since the last time though so I hope my muscles could still remember the variations and timing!

just be sure to buy the real boxing gloves and not the training ones. mas makapal 'yung padding ng real boxing gloves - to protect you from injury and kalyo

I just have a question regarding our hinaharap.. Di ba problem ito? Medyo gifted kasi ako..

For starters, i only need a gloves and yung hand wrap right?

Nagpabili ako ng boxing gloves at handwrap sa friend ko sa Amazon, pero sa September 20 pa uwi niya. Planning to use it in either Muay Thai or boxing.

Sino sa inyo nagba-box sa Elorde sa Libertad? Sama ako. Hehe.

dati nagmumuay thai ako, kaso yung trainer ko tumigil munang magmuay thai, iba na yung trainer ng muay thai, gusto ko sana, kaso maiiba yung trainer ko, hehe, kaya boxing na muna ako

kaso once a week lang ako, kasi late na akong umuuwi e, sarado na sila kapag dating ko, hehe...ako lang din mag-isa pumupunta don, may nakasabay din ako dati, kaso hindi ko na siya nakikita ngayon, or baka hindi lang kami nagkakasabay, hehe

i think same lang ng rate.. mas gusto ko yung environment ng ortigas eh.
ako wala pa gloves eh.. bibili nalang ako hehe

ako nga mumurahin pa lang gloves ko e, haha, to think march pa ako nagbbox, pero once a week lang kasi ako...

saturday or sunday ako nagbbox, minsan brunch or lunch time, hehe

pero sabihan nyo ako kung what time kayo, pwede naman ma-adjust..hehe

Weekdays pwede din ako - staring at 6pm, yun lang sobrang trapik kasi pauwi ko and umm ang dami tao pag gabi eh.. so okay lang saken weekends.

namomove lang ng sunday minsan yung boxing ko kapag may lakad ng sat, hehe

hindi din kaya ng time ko kapag weekdays, sa taguig pa kasi work ko, hehe
