kamusta naman ang compensation natin mga govt employees since nagstart si PNoy as president? Dito sa office namin, tinanggalan na kami ng CNA (collective negotiation agreement, in which we were entitled to a monthly allowance na sobrang minimal lang naman), lahat ng allowances namin (na sobrang liit naman compared sa mga na-expose ni Pnoy na excessive allowances) tinanggal na din, sobrang naghigpit ang COA namin (for unknown reasons, parang all the time laging naghahanap ng butas ang COA namin, daming requirements to the point that some projects cannot move on kasi di nila inaapprove). Madami nang nagrereklamo dito sa amin, pero sad lang, mismong ManComm ng opisina walang pakialam, hindi man lang maipaglaban. Hayy.

May ibang agency ba dyan na nakaranas ng ganito? Being stripped of your benefits just because of the soo-much gasgas na "tuwid na daan"?

kaya nga sis, i have my CS eligibility for 7 years still hindi makapasok sa gobyerno. kapag may backer hired kaagad, formality lang yata yung interviews. sana kung walang backer di na lang nila tinatawagan for interviews... unfair kasi kung qualified ka naman diba. siguro kung walang backer dapat mataas ang education mo like may masters ka para may edge ka.  nakakalungkot lang :(

hay same here. our magna carta benefits has been cancelled. magna carta which is based on the law.  >:(

^ ganyan din ang nangyari sa pagcor ngayon. Daming bawas sa bonus at benefits. Ang di ko gusto e ipapa privatize daw ni PNoy yung pagcor..nakaka worry kasi ang balibalita e more on contractualizations na ang mga employee pag ma private raw .

Nice! May thread like this. Kaka-1 year ko lang po last Jan. 17. DOST agency din ako pero here in Quezon City. Flexi-time din kami so maluwag lang ang pagpasok ko. Madali pa byahe considering from Antipolo pa ko unlike from my previous jobs in Makati and Ortigas, grabeng hassle ng byahe!
