^goodluck to all of us and let's update each other na lang din dito sa gtalk. for sure naman sis mauuna ka pa sa akin ma approve kasi nauna kayo mag file nung february, kami naman march 21 lang nareceive NOA1. hehe. sa tingin ko susunod ka na din, since may NOA2 na si sis helluva na 1st week of feb nagkaroon ng NOA1. have faith sis, ma approve din yan, prayers lang din. congrats din sis sa pregnancy mo.

mga sis ask ko lang po if pwede isama as supporting documents yung greetings cards, i know bihira na ngayon nag sesend ng greeting cards but then naisip ko mas personalized unlike e cards, will it matter if we keep those as well? thanks.

hay, naiinip na talaga ako. 18 days na lang at 3 months na, na wala pa din NOA2. huhuhu

pero kakayanin ko talaga maghintay. sabi nga nila, patience is a virtue and Good things come to those who wait. keeping my fingers crossed. tee hee!

madedenied ba kung sponsored ako ng boyfriend ko papuntang US?it's just for a week.this is not related with the fiancee visa.just a tourist visa.though wala kaming balak na magpakasal sa one week na yon.

^sis its kind of unexplainable, but yeah kami na and we are planning everything as early as now. collect ng dapat i collect, memorize ang dapat imemorize and pag ipunan ang dapat pag ipunan. from what i know dun siya mag fifile sa US, he's from San Diego. pero we're taking it slow kumbaga slowly but surely, nakakapressure kasi planning ahead of our lives together but then exciting at the same time. he wants me to be with him the soonest possible time, and he wants everything settled. in God's time it will happen,we just have to pray for that and syempre a lot of patience narin.

^i'm not really sure about that pero kasi if we apply for tourist visa then single tayo high risk tayo na ma deny, what more pag dedeclare mo na sponsor ka ni bf. they'll think you'd change status once you get there. better try nalang to apply for a tourist visa without telling them about your bf then pag na deny mas better siguro to apply fiance visa or spouse visa nalang, depende sa citizenship ni bf. HTH.

^^@sis jddrgn, What sis shopaholic18 says. Also to add: You're waving a very very Red and Bloody flag if you let the US Embassy know you have a BF nandito sa US and he is sponsoring YOU. Shouldering the financial aspect of your travel. Automatic deny yan. They will think: Ting ning ning ning Mag T-TNT ito... Kahit na in your hearts of hearts hindi mo gagawin...

Not unless, you apply for the tourist visa in your OWN capacity and may ipapakita ka that you can shoulder the expense ANNNNNDDDDDD this is very important, you can show them evidence, Very STRONG evidence na may babalikan ka dyan sa PINAS. If you have that at very strong yung evidence na you will come back sa Philippines, then you will definitely be granted a tourist visa.

@sis itsmekmia, sometimes yung mga NOA2 or any correspondence sa USCIS/NVC/USE will come in very unexpected time. You'll be very happily surprise pag na receive mo na. Dadating din yan sis...

just want to ask which is cheaper when it comes sa pag process ng papers [textspeak!] fiancee visa or spouse visa?

kasi yung boyfriend ko ayaw ng fiancee visa for some reasons.

ano kailangan ni boyfriend (husband to be) na visa if we're planning to get married here?

yung prof ko dati dito sila nagpakasal ng boyfriend(asawa na nya ngayon) and ang bilis lang ng process to think may first family pa yung guy.i'm not sure kung anong visa ginamit ng asawa nya pero saglit lang sya dito tapos bumalik na ng US ulit after ng kasal

when i get there sa US magpapakasal ulit kami

^sis, hindi na ata fiance visa ang dapat i-file ni bf mo kung dito kayo sa pinas magpapakasal,
spouse visa na ata ang dapat niya i-file. di lang ko super sure,
wait naten si sis lyn na mag confirm. hehe. si sis lyn ang expert sa mga ganitong questions.

@sis jddrgn, if your bf doesn't want to go thru a fiance visa. Then one option lang kayo and that's a spousal visa. Both of you get married there in the Philippines. I think he needs to stay there in the PI for more than a week kasi may seminar pa cyang aattend-nan to be able to marry you.

Pag nandyan kayo gathered na ninyo ang mga documents nyo para when he comes back here in the US he will only have to file/mail it.

Proofs to gathered:
-Married Certificate
-Airplane tickets stubs
-Photos
-Mails/emails/chat logs/Phone Bill Statements
-If he is sending you money, the receipts of that

As for saan mabilis na process, it's already been answered sa first two pages. And since ayaw naman ng bf mo na fiance route kayo, spousal lang ang ibang option.

ask ko lang din sis, if ever(pero wag naman sana) hindi ma approve yung pending fiance petition ni bf, pwede kaya spouse visa nalang ang isang option namen? ilang months after matapos yung fiance petiton pwede mag file ng spouse visa? TIA

^You're welcome sis. Yes sis pweding spousal visa kukunin ninyo if ever hindi ma approve yung fiance visa (knock on wood). As for ilang months, I'm not sure but sa pagkakaalam ko you can file naman right away but to be safe maybe you'll wait for 6 months like sa tourist visa. But I doubt it kasi yung iba dyan file a fiance visa tapos nagpakasal sa Pinas then they stop the process sa fiancee visa and then file the spousal visa. I gathered the same din ito if ever na denied yung petition for fiance visa.

Mga sises, who knows more about changing from fiance to spousal correct me if I'm wrong.
