^^dzhambala. yeppp you need that one too, I had to change my status with my passport, a friend who works there advice me to do the seminar, its mandatory for all OFW these days, and being said so, is required by the DFA if incase your spouse is not filipino. I had to attend their seminar, they are going to give you a certificate, go to the OFA office and get the permit. its a real quicky, there is one in taft but I am not sure if its still open, after that you go straight to quirino. I did it less than a day, went in around 2pm, got interviewed, then left. just bring enough cash, only paid less than 500. I only had a marriage cert, dont know for fiance.

oo nga sis nagkakamigraine na ako kakaresearch sa aus fiancee visa hehe..too confusing kasi yong ibang nabasa ko original daw,other says naman i-certified true copies..gusto ko may mapagtanungan kung maaari yong nakapag apply lang last year or just this year para updated sa mga requirements na needed..yong mga nabasa kong forum year 2006-2007 pa..wala ako mahanap na latest forum sa aus fiance visa hehe

Tip lang po baka makatulong. Para sa Applicant ng Fiance Visa, mas maganda kung original ang ipapasa mo. Yong sa Sponsor naman, ok lang kahit certified true copy or witnessed by a JP in Australia. Advice lang sis, regarding NSO Documents, kahit magpasa ka pa ng original, mag rerequest pa rin ang embassy ng NSO Documents sayo. Dapat kasi ngayon i order ang NSO Documents online and yong NSO na ang bahalang mag forward ng records mo sa EMBASSY. You must be able to prove that your relationship is genuine and dapat na meet mo na yong fiance mo in person. Don't be shy to ask if you have further quiries, I am willing to help

Mga sis i need your help. About I-129F package, kasama ba dun mga proof of relationship pag sinubmit ng fiance ko? Akala ko ako magdadala nun sa interview. Kasi ako nagssave ng chat logs namin and emails. So isesend ko nalang sakanya mga yun? I'm confused help.

@itzzmeeh yes, u have to send them kase irreview ng uscis yan eh pag may Mali or missing they will request for RFE(return for evidence). Sa interview, u have to bring all required documents as well as mga evidence
if u need help pm me interview ko yesterday and they approved my visa

Wow! Glad I found this site. Nag file and fiance ko nov 5, 2012 and receive notive that it was received nov. 7. Then received form 797c notice of receipt. Been a month now wala pang balita. Stressful nga talaga. So dapat para di mag worry. Normal lang pala yon. Thanks everyone who posted here, nagkaron ako ng info.

i wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding fiance visa process (k1) to US but i have to make a new topic so i'm gonna ask them here

ask ko lang if ang documents lang ba na kailangan kong ipadala kay fiance for the I-129F  ay yung letter of intent and G325A Forms na signed ko? i'm also aware na i should send him passport size pictures with white background. yun lang po ba?

ask ko lang din po how many photos should fiance submit together with the I-129F package?

kelan ko po kakailanganin yung cenomar at nbi clearance? do i have to send my fiance copies of those too?

how long po usually yung waiting time para ma process yung whole petition? hirap kasi kami mag set ng time frame for wedding if ever, i know we have to depend kung kelan ako makakapunta dun pero gusto lang po sana namin magka idea para maayos din namin yung wedding preps kahit pakonti konti.

i saw some post na it takes 7-8 months now from NOA1 to NOA2 that is for CSC? oh no, mukhang matatagalan ang paghihintay namin ni fiance.  meron po ba dito nag aantay din for fiance visa petition?

^sis i don't think we need to do that kasi i joined a group on facebook and asked about that too, sabi naman nila no need na and sa visajourney guidelines, it doesn't say anything about that too. hope this helps...
