^sis 17k sakin, tapos 12k kay baby.
I asked GOD for all things, that I might enjoy life,
I was given life that I might enjoy all things.
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I am among all men, most richly blessed.

mga sis ask ko lang sa philhealth ko kasi yun surname na ng husband ko.. hiwalay na kame but not yet annulled.. magkakababy na ko with my bf and maiden name ko ang gamit ko sa hospital records ko.. makakaclaim ba ko non or magkakaron ng conflict pag di yung married name ko yung ginamit ko?
I'm getting a wrinkle above my eyebrow because I just can't stop lifting it, and I love that you know.. ;)

I am happy. I am blessed. I feel loved. I am in love.

Check mo kung up to date ang payment mo..

Pagdating mo sa hospital same procedure din, ipasa mo yung requirements then fill up ng claim form. :)
