My boys joint party won;t be till the 20th, pero so far eto na mga gastos ko:

Caterer: my own catering company ( so at cost) - wala pa kaming final costing :p
Tarpaulin for stage backdrop: 1,900
Balloons: also my own business - costing for the whole venue is 5k

= 1,150 for the Sponsors (dami ko mga 10 pairs ata \
RECEPTION: Wheatberry Bakery and Cafe Sct. Tuazon (beside Max's)
= 30,800 (385/head x 80pax)
= 2,700 (Choco Fountain with 10% discount)
= 2,160 Nacho Bar with 10% discount
= 200 Liquor Corkage
= 500 Lechon Corkage (Lechon from Elar's SARAP! gift from one of the Titas
= 800 Alimango Paluto Fee (nagdala 4kg alimango yung isang Guest galing akla. Pulutan nina hubby
= 1,500 3 hours extension (this was supposed to be 3,600 pero na misinform nila kami na 500/hr ang extension kaya yun na din ang siningil)
= 11,700 (total na to sa lahat ng cake kasama na 2 cakes ni baby at 1 cake ni daddy kasi birthday din nya. we gave 10 cakes to selected guests like sa hosts kasi probono yun

It was a simple celebration pero ok lang din kasi triple celebration yun, wedding anniv namin, birthday ni hubby and binyag ni baby

Had our boys joint 1st and 7th birthday celebration last Sunday, and thank God it was a success. Sobrang saya and enjoy na enjoy ang mga guests namin, especially the kids.
Here are our expenses, which I may say is all worth it.

yup, kaya nga sila nag kinuha, plus they're from the south like me, kaya malapit lang sila sa venue ko. MTV pa lang nakita ko and super like namin ni hubby.
