My boys joint party won;t be till the 20th, pero so far eto na mga gastos ko:

Venue: at our village clubhouse - 10k
Caterer: my own catering company ( so at cost) - wala pa kaming final costing :p
Tarpaulin for stage backdrop: 1,900
Balloons: also my own business - costing for the whole venue is 5k
Host: Yoyomaster - 11k
Additional entertainment: Bubble Show c/o Kiddie-Party - 5k
Food Cart: Non branded fries and ice cream cart c/o Kiddie-Party - 7k
Invitations: c/o Elise Ronquillo - 1.4k
Tags: DIY. Used excess boards from past parties
Cake: c/o Cuppy Puppy Bakehouse - 9.6k for two cakes and 100 cupcakes with cupcake tower
Photographer: Wowie Gray - 2.5k services, unlimited shots only
Videographer: Zoombox Productions - 5k

VENUE: Cathedral of St. Mary and St. John (inside Trinity University of Asia near St. Lukes)
= 500 exclusive Baptism
= 1,150 for the Sponsors (dami ko mga 10 pairs ata \
RECEPTION: Wheatberry Bakery and Cafe Sct. Tuazon (beside Max's)
= 30,800 (385/head x 80pax)
= 2,700 (Choco Fountain with 10% discount)
= 2,160 Nacho Bar with 10% discount
= 200 Liquor Corkage
= 500 Lechon Corkage (Lechon from Elar's SARAP! gift from one of the Titas
= 800 Alimango Paluto Fee (nagdala 4kg alimango yung isang Guest galing akla. Pulutan nina hubby
= 1,500 3 hours extension (this was supposed to be 3,600 pero na misinform nila kami na 500/hr ang extension kaya yun na din ang siningil)
= 11,700 (total na to sa lahat ng cake kasama na 2 cakes ni baby at 1 cake ni daddy kasi birthday din nya. we gave 10 cakes to selected guests like sa hosts kasi probono yun
OUTFIT:
= 3,000 (complete outfit from Rustain's during the baptism
= 3,000 (from mothercare during the reception)
= 2,000 ((Dad's Jeans and Polo from F&H)
= 3,500 (Mom's from Bayo)
COVERAGE
= 8,000 sa photographer
= 15,000 sa videographer AVP and event edits
PHOTOBOOTH:

=2,000 (prizes and other game needs)
LIQUOR
= 6,000 ( we had several cases ng SML, wines and hard drinks)
INVITATION
= 800 (photographer did the invites and I had them developed sa Island Photo

TOTAL: Php 100,305.00

It was a simple celebration pero ok lang din kasi triple celebration yun, wedding anniv namin, birthday ni hubby and binyag ni baby :)

Had our boys joint 1st and 7th birthday celebration last Sunday, and thank God it was a success. Sobrang saya and enjoy na enjoy ang mga guests namin, especially the kids.
Here are our expenses, which I may say is all worth it.  :)

Venue - at our village clubhouse =   10,000.00
Invites - by Elise Ronquillo =   1,335.00
2 Cakes and 2 Cupcake Towers with 100 cupcakes - by Cuppy Puppy =   9,500.00
Balloons = 4,000.00
Catering Equipment Rental =   8,000.00
Food   from my catering company = 4,500.00 for 3 dishes, all other dishes sponsored by my parents
Food carts and bubble show from Kiddie Party =   12,250.00
Host - Yoyomaster =   11,000.00 (sobrang sulit!)
Lights and Sounds =   4000.00
Prizes/Lootbags from Divi and Makro   = 4760.00
Photo - by John Aguas =   4,500.00 services only, 4,500.00 for album
Video - by zoombox Productions =   5,000.00
Racing Suit Costume   = 2,000.00
Tarpaulin for Stage Background   1900.00

yup, kaya nga sila nag kinuha, plus they're from the south like me, kaya malapit lang sila sa venue ko. MTV pa lang nakita ko and super like namin ni hubby.

mga 2 weeks nlng party na ng daughter ko :) so far total expenses ko nasa 190k na :) hopefully wala nang dagdag hehe :)
