try mo Maribella Construction... sa internet ko rin sila nakita at pinuntahan namin yung latest work nila sa Avida sa Cavite. ok naman at reasonable ang materials at labor estimate nila. unlike sa iba na super magpresyo na parang sila na lang ang pagkakagastusan mo. i find their bill of materials transparent. sila na gagawa ng extension namin. PM mo ko if interested ka, ibigay ko yung contact no nila.:)

I have a friend who purchased a JAO townhouse.  They are pricey and not so good in terms of plumbing.  Ala pa sila 1 year sa house nila,  nagkaka problemna sa piping.  Yung mga 7m house nila,  I could build a better house than that na maganda ang buhos, etc

we had our first house built by jao builders. we lived there for 8 yrs and based on experience matibay naman ang bahay namin. mahirap nga mag-drill sa mga walls kung gusto mo maglagay ng mga frames dahil makapal talaga. wear and tear na lang ang naging problem namin later on. :D

Had our house constructed by Jao Builders back in 2003.  At that time maliit pa lang silang company, reasonably priced pa naman.  They helped us out with our bank loan, as in no downpayment kami talaga.  Our bank loan got easily approved also because of their tie-ups with Jao.  Matibay talaga ang structures nila, 15yrs ang warranty nito.  Pero sa plumbing nga kami nagkaproblema.  Hindi naman sa entire house, yung sa may powder room below the stairs lang ... di maayos ang incline papuntang poso negro so after about 3-4 yrs nagbara na sya, we had to repipe :(  So sa mga nagpapagawa ng house dyan, be careful about your pipings ...

Recently nag-inquire sa kanila ang mga relatives namin and found out na sobrang pricey na nga nila.

i guess all builders naman have their flaws. and i think piping is nothing serious compared to a house na gumuho db?

Last June 2011 visit namin ni hubby ang new house nung bestfriend nya build by Jao. Maganda ang designs pero  kakagawa lang pero may tumulo na kagad nung umulan so naiinis yung may ari. though free repairs naman kaso hassle lang talaga. And for me, super nakakalula nga ang presyo.

We just got JAO as the contractor for our house, super pricey talaga pero ganda naman ng design... they will also take care of the bank loan with bdo (6% on the first year)  thanks for all the feedback babantayan talaga namin yung plumbing ...

Gusto ko din kunin ang JAO Builders for our House Construction next year. Paano ang design non? Pipili sa design nila o pwede namang sarili naming design?

isn't there any warranty on their construction?  3-4yrs after building they should be liable for it, right?
