Really sorry about this post.
When i ordered my pills i was at page 8 of this thread. so i thought it will be okey. *That's me not reading the date of the post* i took 2 pills then decided to finish this thread.
As of now i don't really feel hungry but im having slight dizziness. and whenever i go to the bathroom to pee, poo comes out also. i do feel that my throat is a little bit dry.
I know that all of japhok pills are fake because it's banned no matter where they come from, mine came from dubai, atleast that's what my friend told me. One question though. is it okey if i finish this bottle and never ever drink any slimming pills again?

I bought Japan Hokkaido pills on ebay (seller is from Florida) as i am based here in the US. I think what i bought was fake. I mean, let's face it wala naman talagang authentic. Based on my research about this diet pill, lahat fake. So fake na nga, ginawa pang fake. So ayun, walang effect sa akin except sleepless night on the first day i took it. After that, normal na uli tulog ko. May appetite suppressant pero no runs in the toilet or something. As in feeling ko lang [textspeak!] kc ine-expect ko after reading this whole thread. As in ganun na ako kadesperado to lose weight kaya binasa ko talaga ang thread na to from page 1 to 30 (LOL). Anyhow, wala [textspeak!] effect khit half bottle na yung na-consume ko. So ayun, i decided to try another ebay seller hoping to get a more 'authentic fake' (lol) after checking all the necessary 'genuine markings' sa packaging.

So here's my weight story...I used to be 125 lbs and that's where I feel sexier and prettier. I stand 5'4 so that's my ideal weight. After migrating here in USA, i slowly gained weight and now I am 149-150 lbs. I look so fat and I no longer feel sexy wearing my clothes kc my bulging stomach na ako. My face looks fat as well that's why I stopped posting pics on my FB account. I really want to bring my sexy back soon....so fingers crossed on this 2nd Japan Hokkaido pill na hinihintay ko sa mail as I don't intend to finish the 1st one i bought.

I took Zhen de Shou before nung nag-vacay ako sa pinas and i did lose alot when i took it. A few months after that, di na sya available kahit online wala na rin pati dun sa mga chinese stores na binibilhan namin.

So wish, wish, wish na sana itong 2nd order ko ng JP mag-lose na ako weight

sa akin sis meron.. mga 2 kilos nawala sa akin.. pero i stopped before i finished the 1st bottle.. kasi iba ang nararamdaman ko.. nahihilo ako lagi and hindi makatulog.. naisip ko, payat nga ako pero mukha naman zombie.. hehe.. more on fit 'n right na ako + zenical + Rf + Lipo cavitation ako.. im not taking any measurement kasi minsan nakaka dissapoint ang walang effect.. sa tingin ko naman effective, regular pupu.. minsan 3x a day ako sa cr kasabay ng wiwi ko pero hindi messy.. sarap sa tummy.. yung sa RF ko naman, 1st session ko 1.5 inches ang nawala sa waist ko.. maluwag na pants ko kata may effect nga..

Hi sis! i'm newbie here in GT but i've been reading some posts here for months na... Just want to share my experience with Jap Hok. dito sa GT ko lang din nalaman about JH. I decided to try kasi back in march of this year i started working out and until june i lost 4 lbs lang. nainip ako kaya after ko mabasa yung mga feedbacks here, i bought one bottle from online seller. nung first day lang ako nakafeel ng discomfort, parang lahat mabaho kaya hindi ako makakain and sa supermarket hindi ko matake yung amoy. pero sa 2nd day ko wala na ko nafeel na kakaiba. everything is normal na. hindi ako nakramdam ng gutom and wala din uhaw factor. parang feeling ko nga lagi ako gutom. when i started taking JH i weigh 68 kg(i preferred kg kase ). after 5 days andami nagsabi na pumayat daw ako kaya i checked my weight and to my surprise i'm down to 66 kg.until maubos ko un isang bottle for 20 days. kaya lang sa 2nd bottle ko parang wala na effect sa ken. i now weigh 63 kg. nagstop muna ko magtake kasi sabi nga dito need ng rest. i'm planning to take JH ulet next week. sa lahat kasi ng diet pills dito lang ako satisfied and wala ako nafeel na side effects. may target is at at least 59 kg sana then i'll stop na. keeping my fingers crossed na mareach ko un target weight ko.

just want to update this is my 5 days taking this pills ang i loose 5lbs already the thing i noticed taking this pills my throat always dry specially at night but everything is good i just need to drank my self into water

after two bottles of this, wala ng effect sakin [textspeak!] pang-atlo ( 3 months [textspeak!] interval bago ako mag cmula ng bagong bottle ah) ayun, so di na ko gumagamit.. hehe

Hi! Sis help naman coz last summer sobra [textspeak!] itinaba ko and sobrang hirap na mag-workout...so I'm planning to buy the Authentic Japan Hokkaido but I'm not yet satisfied sa mga promise ng product...so can you give me some advice about this product if ever you you already try it.
