Meron din mga employees na naghahandle ng compensation and benefits. Magandang career to and sobrang in-demand ngayon. You won't be dealing with employees but you'll be dealing with the organization's decision makers.
Nung una kasi ang tingin ko sa HR eh either generalist or recruitment lang, marami pa palang ibang roles.
Kung ang offer sa'yo ay contractual, make sure lang na alam mo kung gaano katagal yung contract. Dapat hindi mag-exceed ng 12 months. Pag-project based, pwede siya mag-exceed ng 12-months pero dapat may specific kang project na iha-handle. Yung contract mo within ng project implementation. Wala namang masama sa contractual employment. Hindi nga lang kasing secure ng regular employment pero if you want experience, you can grab it. Just make sure na ma-bui-build mo yung profile mo during your stay.
