I got this epilator.

^Bought it from ebay SG sis. She sold it for $50 brand new. Nakuha ata niya from a raffle.

Where did you get your epilators? Sa Ebay Cart2phil lang ata yung nagbebenta. I want sana yung pre-order style. Any store suggestions? What's a nice brand to invest in? I found the Remington for 3000php+.

sis mine's braun :) it's very nice. quite pricey lang pero available sa rustans. mine's braun 7281, bought if for 5k from ebay.com. Mura na compared kapag dito bibili saka model nya is brand new way back 2010 :) 5k sa rustans na epilator is yung basic model lang.

IMO, ayaw ko na rechargeable. wet and dry epilator kasi sakin, kaya kapag naka plug in, i can't use it. for safety purposes narin, since wet and dry, automatic kapag plugged in, it won't work baka kasi ilubog sa tubig. so i have to charge it before i can use it and mahirap kapag rechargeable kasi at some point batteries need to be replaced. :/ i'm not using it when I travel naman kaya i'll purchas a corded epilator nalang kapag kailangan na palitan, or hindi wet and dry para gumagana kahit plugged in.

^ yes sis medyo mahirap. lalo na if gumagana pa epilator but the battery can't hold charge na. hindi naman nagana while plugged in :( tapos hindi pa readily available parts and services dito sa Phils kaya hirap ipagawa.

i bought a philips satinelle soft yung tag 4,900 i tried it ok naman but the attachments are useless... sana  i bought the tag 2,300 na lang same lang naman yung mismong epilator, oh and if you will buy i suggest sa rustans na lang kayo bumili if philipps lang din hindi ok yung nag assist sa akin sa sm mega appliance ayaw kumuha ng bagong stock pasalamat siya wala ako sa mood mag inarte kanina, at tinatamad ako pumunta pa sa ibang lugar, pero next time if masira na ito and i have to replace i won't buy there anymore na-turn off ako eh. kung sino sino humahawak ng shaving blade kanina including yung guy na taga ibang brand naman eh sa bikini ko sana gagamitin, paguwe i sterilized it sa nss. kayamot lang.

mga sis, yun po ba philips na epilator when you use it sa legs hindi ba kakapal yung hair pag tumubo ulit? do i have to wait the hair to grow at a certain length muna before i could use this again?

^ di  na sis, nakalagay sa box .5 mm kaya na niya i-pluck so basta may konting hair pwede na, no it won't become thicker kasi tweezer siya, pero yung akin yung nabili ko may kasamang shaving head which is basically an electric razor/shaver, so pag iyon ang ginamit syempre kakapal, pero pag yung epilator head hindi. :)
