To cut down on their expenses and friction as to appropriate dress code, I have uniforms for the employees.
The girls have chosen to wear pants this year, so we have pant suits for 5 days.
(Last year, skirts.. so with uniforms, wala nang sitahan pa sa length of skirt, plunging necklines, etc.)
The guys wear s/sleeved polos or barongs (t-shirts and rubber shoes if going to check the project site/s)

On Saturdays and non-working holidays when they have to report for work -- wear anything. Ang hindi ko pa lang nakita eh duster.
Hindi puede sleeveless tops for men.. kadiri kung makita pa their armpits. lol
What else hindi puede? chinelas, sandals, mules/sapatilla
No-no din ang mga graphic/potentially offensive/inappropriate to the office shirts like: I am a B1tch, etc etc, alam mo na.

Puede bading medyo girlie girlie suot pero hindi puede cross-dressing.

They can wear whatever jewelry/accessories they want, kahit na kumakalembang, ok with me... express yourself!

business attire pag weekday, then casual pag weekends. hirap nga since nauubusan na ako ng damit.

Oh! Parang wala kaming dresscode. May mga pumapasok pa nga sa amin na naka slippers.

Although I must admit, parang mas gusto ko yung medyo strict sa dress code. Minsan kasi feeling ko hindi conducive to work yung makikita mo may naka slippers lang. Nawawala ata yung air of professionalist, so to speak. Or baka it's just me. Hehe.

Kaso of course, paggalang nalang sa boss yung hindi pagwear ng micro minis, super short shorts and sleeveless tops. Para professional pa rin ang dating.

I avoid flipflops hangga't maaari.

Where I work, we're not allowed to wear shirts with no collar and we're not allowed to wear sneakers. Baduy!

we can wear denim every dress down thursday (last thursday of the month)- if you do, you have to give 10 bucks that will go to charities that the company is active in. not bad diba

W-F dress down days.. as in kahit ano pwede.. naka shorts nga mga tao dito eh.. pero never ko pang ginawa.. I just don't think it's appropriate...

I work in the laboratory so dapat lagi na ka pants either denim or slacks. Naiingit nga ko sa ibang department kase pwede sila naka skirt and dress =(

We don't have a dress code. But I'd like to look professional.

In my opinion, hindi pwede ang tsinelas (even on a friday). My patients may get the impression that I'm a bit lax at work, baka hindi na sila bumalik sa akin. Hehe!

Im lucky dahil walang strict dress code. As long as your wearing decent at comfortable clothes, ayos na! Maybe it adds up na we will be wearing smock kasi to cover it naman. Haha

Sa office naman, literally you can wear anything --- except: shorts, sleeveless tops, revealing clothes and the like.

Minsan nga the boss was wearing a formal long sleeved polo, tas sabay naka shorts and shoes.

May uniform po kame ng Monday-Friday. Tapos lately lang, nag provide ang company ng polo shirt para sa Friday namen, dapat khaki ana bottom. At civilian during saturdays, dapat closed shoes daw at walang sleeveless at mini skirts. pero hindi rin nasusunod sa mga pasaway..
