I've seen the acupuncture clinic sa may Alabang, yun tapat ng Festival, I haven't heard any feedback dun kasi kaya hindi ko naman tinry pa... mura daw dun compared to others... yung sa Madrigal kaya?

anybody who knows how much yung accupuncture session sa glorietta? and yung name ng accupuncturist? do i need to make an appointment? what tel. no. should i call? I have adenomyosis...would it really help? in what way?

@sis vinarine: sa glorietta, first session 1k plus ata. not sure yung excess. pero the suceeding sessions 700 nalang ata. may consultation fee kasi yung una.

1k per session. hindi ko alam yung sa madrgial if its the tokyo clinic ba yun, i heard from the assisstant sa clinic, si dra theresa ata nagturo hehe. not sure if sya yun.filipino din ata yun not chinese.

Weekly ba dapat ang sched or the acupuncture to be effective or mas often pa? How many sessions kelangan for it to be effective?

We pay 1200 in the clinic in Madrigal Alabang. 1 1/2 hrs ang session, minsan pa nga he extends it to 2 hrs. Including moxa,cupping and acupuncture.

yup sis..cupping is yung ventoza then yung moxa is moxibustion..Yung moxa kc isa chinese herb.tapos
nilalagay yon habang inaacupuncture ka dun mismo sa ibabaw ng needles then sinisindihan..Bale umuusok yon then yung mga needles mas mainit na so parang may heat na papasok lalo sa katawan mo.
What I like [textspeak!] sa korean doctor is mas mahaba ang session. Then sa iba kc separate pa bayad sa lamp.
[textspeak!] sa kanya inclusive na.. Normally, koreans and chinese ang clients nya..pero mga pinoy naman assistants nya.

Hi, I'm undergoing IVF here in Taichung and at Day7 now. I tried accu for the first time here, mura lang dito 300NT so about 450, kasama na yung massage and ventosa. The accu though, 30mins only and focused lang dun sa complaint, like sakin, I consulted for poor egg development. Apat lang na needles yung nilagay and moxa. I will also bring my husband tomorrow since sobrang mababa din yung morphology nya. May ipapainom daw na chinese medicines, sana makahabol pa in time for our harvest.

may mga pineprescribe din ba sya na mga chinese herbs na dapat i-take. kasi i've been reading about acupuncture, meron din mga pinapa-take ng herbs para mas effective daw.

sis, i think ito yung sinsabi ng acupcunturist ko sa tokyo. filipino ata yan, c dra nag train sa kanya :-)

Hi all, May I share this with you and perhaps you can help me too...

I brought my husband to a korean acupuncturist in Alabang (thanks to sis Leighd)
yesterday. Dapat sya lang [textspeak!] ipapaacu ko, pero I was also checked. Di na ako
makatulog sa diagnosis sakin. There are some portions daw in my uterus na toxic
and there's a lot of 'moisture', no good for implantation daw, and that it's
meaningless if we proceed with IVF if my uterus is not yet ready. My uterus has
to be dried up and be cleaned. He suggested 3x/week acupuncture, herbal
injections and oral herbal medicines.

I told him that we are leaving this end June for our IVF and he said that maybe
1month would not be enough,probably 2months. So we started our first treatment
last night and my husband was so surprised having been injected with herbal
medicine directly on his scrotal area, along with the acu needles on his body. I
was also told that the female injection would be right there on the side of
labia majora. It was not performed on me yet since it's the first day of my
mens.

@sisi Leighd - did you have the injections too? and bought medicines?

My hubby is hesitant in going back saying that we'll already be doing the most
scientific approach for conception, and here we are going back to the most
ancient medicine practice, ironic daw. But still, vain that I am, or scared, i'm
still bothered of what he said about my uterus.

We decided that we will push through with our June sched (i'm supposed to start
my medicines from Taiwan tom, my D3) and I have one month to do something about
the 'uterus' diagnosis, although wala namang sinabing problema si Dr.Lee about
my lining or uterus.

Help pls! Here's what troubling me now:

1) Shall I try this 3x/week for 1month with injection and oral medicine? Medyo
pricey din kasi, 12k for acu and 9K for oral medicine, 21K din, kung dalawa pa kami ni husband almost 50k na.

2) My husband is hesitant kasi baka nga naman mawala pa [textspeak!] iniingatan nyang 18%
motility and 2% morphology with this treatment...what do you think sisses? e
what if makatulong naman di ba? although my ICSI na naman nga to select few
sperm to match with my eggs.

Hi sis, i forgot to mention na talagang may injection. For those trying to conceive sa malapit sa genital area talaga nya iniinject. D ko muna inavail yung herbal meds nya since umiinom din ako ng fertility pills (femara). What you can do is to go there for the acupuncture treatment and the injections na lang lang. Kahit d mo matapos yung session na 3x/week for 2 mos na [textspeak!] ni Dr. since lapit na alis mo for Taiwan. At least may effect na din yan kc thrice a week naman ang treatment of acupuncture mo.
Parang magiging added preparation lang yang c acupuncture for your IVF.
