Hello sisters, new thread!

I've been using this for weeks already and I've got lighter talaga! I have that glow and that white skin I'm lemming before. I have yellowish skin kasi before taking this though I'm fair already. My sister too na hindi naman maputi, nag-yellow na skin color nea.

since i started taking this mejo naging regular ang bowel movement ko tsaka mas madalas na ko mag wee-wee. no whitening effects still. i'm on my second set.

wait til you finish third set baka sakaling makita mo an yung whitening or glowing effect.

I'm one of the blessed pala. 2 weeks after taking PH talagang pumuti at nag-glow na ko. Pati yung sister ko. We ordered from sis fleur.

lunch / dinner : 2 PH338 + 1 potencee 500mg

minsan 1 lunch , 1 dinner

may mga bagong weight gainers na ba due to ph? ako sa 5th month nag set in yung weight gain. i stopped. my weight got back to normal after that kaya i can def attribute the unwanted bloating to ph.

Pero LOVE ko to saka si tat. kung di lang sana nag increase appetite ko dito.

oo nga sis eh.. napansin ko lang din mas ok na yung tulog ko ngayon.

siguro madami lang talaga kailangang linisin sa katawan ko since constipated ako since bata pa. when cleansing is done, dun ko na siguro makikita yung whitening effect.

as what i posted before, if tingin nyo tumataba kayo when taking ph338 then try to have a lot of fluid intake na lang para mabusog kayo ng waer not the food kasi hindi naman masyadong nakaktaba ang water..usually kasi if mataas ang fluid intake ng isang tao may tendency na nawawalan ng gana kumain..it's up to you guys naman eh..kung iisipin nyo na nakakataba at kain naman kayo ng kain then tataba nga talaga kayo kaya better avoid much food intake.. discipline lang yan mga sisters..
