^ Hindi nila pinag-agawan si Karlo Estavillo, correction lang.

Naging bf ni Annette si Karlo in college sa Ateneo. Naging bf then husband ni Macel si Karlo in law school na. Annette had another boyfriend na (naging hubby niya) during law school. Walang agawang nangyari hehe.

Nag-away sila dahil in-accuse ni Macel na nag-bribe si Annette ng SC justice para makuha ang mga questions sa Bar exams.

^ Wow! Obviously the accusation wasn't true kasi Macel topped the bar and Annette didn't despite the fact that Annette was the valedictorian and Macel the salutatorian. Tama ba facts ko?

Annette is very very smart. At hindi naman niya gagawin yun. Kaya ata siya hindi nag-top kasi 3rd week ng Bar pumutok yang chismis, sobra yata siyang na-stress dahil doon.

Uy, Macel and I belong to the same group that used to go on annual retreats. She is very devoted to Karlo ha. Hindi ako naniniwala sa chismis na iyan. Pero grabe sobrang kumalat iyan naawa kami sa kanya pero kebs lang naman siya.

SEJA and Mrs. A are their ninong and ninang sa wedding pa nga.

hi sisses, pa-assist naman re: Affidavit..

We're filing kasi sa SSS ng benefits na marereceive ng sister ko. deceased na sya btw. meron minor kid and not married to her BF.

according sa SSS, kailangan ng affidavit from the father waiving his rights sa SSS claims (pension) and naka indicate din dapat sa affidavit na mother ko nag aalaga sa bata. mom ko naman talaga nag aalaga as of date of death ng sister ko..

fyi, sa mother ko na lang talaga pinapaubaya ng father ng kid yung SSS claims.

baka may makatulong saken sa format and title ng affidavit. tia

hi, anyone here who knows someone in BIR-ITAD or Law Division? meron kasi akong need na BIR ruling.. thanks!

^ I know the Chief of ITAD. I also know an action attorney from the Law Div.

Have you filed a request for ruling? There is a specific procedure to follow and documentary requirements to submit when you file a request for tax treaty relief with the ITAD and a request for ruling with the Law Division.

You can go to ITAD every Tuesdays and Fridays to follow up or talk to the officer of the day. Sa Law, any time puwede kang mag-inquire.
