Easy Lasagna using turbo broiler (easy because wala syang bechamel sauce)

1/4 k. ground beef
1/4 k. ground pork
8 pcs. lasagna noodles
6 cups water
2 tbsps. butter or oil
1 clove onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1 can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
salt & pepper

How to prepare:
 1. Boil 6 cups of water with butter or oil. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Add the lasagna noodles and boil for 20 minutes. Set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil or butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic and onions. Add ground beef and ground pork. Stir in tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.
3. In a baking pan (2 inches deep), arrange alternately layers of lasagna noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers until lasagna is all used. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Bake in TURBO BROILER for 20-25 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

^^thanks for sharing the lasagna recipe sis! :) need ko talaga yung temperature and yung cooking time. yey! makakagawa na ako.

Baked Spareribs
Ingredients:
Brown sugar, honey, salt, calamansi, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, pepper, garlic.
Procedure:
1. Combine the ingredients and mix well.
2. Place the spare ribs over a sheet of Aluminum foil and apply the rub on both sides of the spare ribs
3. Cover the spare ribs with the Aluminum foil by joining the opposite sides and sealing them. If the aluminum foil is short, you may add a new sheet by placing it on top of the spare ribs. Leave this for at least one hour.
4.  Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.

HI mga sis. kami yung turbo namin may included na isang booklet na mga recipes - try ko hanapin then i share ko narin. Eto palang madalas na ginagawa ko sa turbo.

Chicken with Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
All you need to do is to sprinkle and rub the seasoned meat tenderizer (meron neto sa SM. Pwede din pang replace ang Knorr Magic Sarap)  to the whole chicken and broil it. Set the timer to 60 minutes, 30 minutes on each side. I suggest you cut the chicken into pieces so it easily gets cook. I tried cooking this without cutting the chicken and some parts were still raw. Yikes! So the next time I cooked it, I made sure to cut them generously and it was perfectly and evenly cooked! (Just like the dark picture posted above) :D

For the sauce, you can mix 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Maxs na Maxs na  :)

Baked Salisbury Steak

What you need:
kilo ground beef
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom
1 cup of bread crumbs
2/3 cup of water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
♥ On a bowl, mix the egg, ground beef, cup of cream of mushroom and bread crumbs.
Ensure that all ingredients are totally combined.
♥ I used a turbo broiler when I cooked this and set it to Bake. However, if you dont have an open, you can fry it instead. Form the mixture into patties. Bake for 30 minutes.
♥ While waiting for the patties to be baked, start doing the sauce. Combine the water and remaining cream of mushroom. Continue stirring until the sauce gets thicker.
♥ Once the patties are already baked, top with the sauce.

Grilled Liempo
1/2 kilo liempo
1 table spoon of salt
dash of pepper

What you need to do:
♥  On a plate, apply the salt to to pork liempo
♥ Grill for 40 minutes, or until cooked. (Check nyo every 10 to 15 minutes, kasi pag manipis ang liempo, ang bilis maluto eh)

Baked Liempo - yung turbo kasi na nabili namin, may iba't ibang degress na nakaindicate, tapos may nakalagay if for baking, grilling, roasting. :D
1/2 kilo liempo
Mama Sita's barbecue marinade
Pepper

Procedure:
♥ Marinade the pork for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some pepper
♥ Bake the liempo for 30 minutes.

Bacon and cheese Frittata
Ingredients:
6 eggs, lightly beaten
cup grated cheese
7-8 bacon, thinly sliced
Canola cooking oil
2 stems of English leeks (kuchay);optional

Procedures:

♥ Heat the oil. Sautee the onions until it gets transparent. Add the leeks, then the bacon. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. pour the beaten eggs. Cook until almost set, but still gooey.
♥ Place the cooked eggs and bacons on a baking pan. Top with grated cheese.
♥ Bake for 15 minutes

Simple Roasted Chicken

Heres what you need:
1 whole chicken (SM bonus, magnolia or any variety would do!)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 tablespoons of barbecue marinade (I used Mama Sita's)

What you need to do:
♥ Dress the chicken. Rinse thoroughly (but of course, do not use soap. Ahhah) Rub with salt and pepper, then marinate it with the barbecue marinade sauce. Let it rest for 1-2 hours. The longer the better.
By the way, I used baking soda when dressing the chicken.
♥ Pre-heat the broiler, set it to roast. Place the chicken on a baking pan, and set the time to 1 hour.
♥ After 30 minutes,  turn the chicken on its other side.
♥ Serve while hot and enjoy!
