Baby itches/skin problems (acne,bumps,rashes,cradle cap,etc)

my baby has this tiny vesicle with erythematous base on her forehead and I'm afraid it's pimple.  I don't really know the reason why.  I still have to look it up. 

I usually give her a facial wash using cotton and sterile water. Yun lang. I'm not sure if enough na ba yun.

hindi kaya insect bite yun?  how long na ba?

baby ko rin hindi ko ma figure out ano yung meron nya sa cheeks!  We have consulted several doctors about it but wala pa rin... And I cant blame them coz its for them to observe the lesions since she's crying and moving all the time when she sees her doctors...

I think two days ago and for one day lang siya andun... parang wala naman pus inside like what we see in common pimple.  Continue lang ang pag clean ko ng face.

my baby also developed rashes on her cheeks and head when she was 1 month old... i was really frustrated kasi naawa ako saknya although di nya kinakamot. when we visited her pedia, the diagnosis is perioral dermatitis, she was given cutivate, twice a day for 5 days.pero pinapahid ko lang once a day kasi yun gamot nya may steriod. ngayon, wala na yun rashes nya pero may naiwan na patches sa face pero di naman halata and i think mawawala naman. then yun scalp nya nag dry din but i didnt put any medicine na, pinapahiran ko lang ng cetaphil lotion after bath nya. Her pedia also told us to switch milk kasi allergic si baby sa cow's milk kaya kelangan yun hypoallergenic, we switched to similiac hw, so far okay naman si baby ko.

My neice had that nung baby sya. Ointment from pedia yung ginamit plus i gave them emu oil which she used sa gabi. Di sya agad nawala, i thinks weeks inabot. But she's 2 yrs old now at wala namang naiwan na marks.

hello mga sisses, nagkaroon din ng facial baby pimple yung baby ko when she was just 3 months. super naawa ako cz she is very uncomfortable with it. buti nlang d sya mahilig mag-scratch. our doc recommended physiogel. hypoallergenic [textspeak!]. effective sa kanya ng it was gone after 2 days.

before my 2-wk old baby had it. it looked like baby pimples, na butlig-butlig sa face. her pedia says it's rosacea.  recommended not to put on the cream muna kasi w/ steroids nga.  punas lang 2x a day but don't rub  face. Nag-dry na yung mga butlig after 3 days of doing it.  Then a wk, kita na nagbalat yung skin. baby soft na uli si baby.

We were advised to use cetaphil cleanser.  Dahil din daw yun sa init. Ngayon sobra init, kaya punas at palit kami clothes nya at least 2x a day.

My baby had this when he was 4months... We used Elica cream kasi sobra dami na and di na kaya ng physiogel, cetaphil, etc. Bilis naman nawala sa elica, small amount lang talaga dapat.

don't know if ito [textspeak!] ngyare sa baby ko when she was 1 month old, pero tiny rashes all over the face, i've read a bunch about them over the net, sabi nila breastmilk daw on the baby's face, so ginawa ko, wala naman ngyare. i asked the pedia about the breastmilk, wag daw kasi lalong nakaka attract ng bacteria.

he advised physiogel. i wipe her face with physiogel on a cotton ball 10minutes before bath time. 2x a day si baby maligo. now makinis na makinis na face nya.

[textspeak!] nandun sa body, baka bungang araw yan mga yan sis.. if your putting lotion on baby, wag daw muna kasi mainit, mejo nagkabungang araw ata si baby din non, kala ko same rashes. nung nagstop sa lotion, nawala naman na.

Advice ni Doc for us was to leave it alone. After a while nawala din and nagclear up na siya.

yung first son ko may milla/ baby acne. Nawala na lang ng kusa after a few months. My second baby, she's 4months now. may baby acne din, pero lately lang nawala. I didn't put any medication sa face ni baby, I'm afraid baka lalu lumala. Sa first baby ko kasi, cortizone cream ang reco ng pedia, but I can see may side effect, nag didiscolor ang skin ng baby. On my second baby, different pedia, she don't recommend using cortizone kasi may steroid sya. So patience lang talaga ang solution.

^sis it's normal for babies to get baby acne due to their hormonal changes rin. Hinahayaan ko lang cya as my son's pedia advised us na nothing to worry naman & it'll go away on it's own.

naku sis, some babies really go thru baby acne stage. it's the mom's leftover hormones passed to the child nga. it is harmless although di nga maganda tignan. si baby nga may baby acne nung baptism niya eh. pero ok naman. nawala naman. don't prick it din.

read from my baby book, newborns are not bothered by it, so why will you? =)

my baby has this acne when she was 3 weeks old, pinabayaan ko lang, nawala naman.

it's not like the "acne" we know. best left untouched. it will go away naturally. magconcentrate ka nalang sa other milestones ni baby para malibang ka. ako rin before naprapraning everytime i look at him. iniisip ko bakit [textspeak!] mga babies sa commercial hindi naman ganon.  i tthink babies go thru this stage talaga. after nun, sobrang ang cuctute na talaga nila. pambato na sa commercials!
