hi guys, sit-ups w/o doing any cardio, ay hindi makakaliit ng tyan. you need atleast 15-30 minutes of cardio like jumping jacks, jum-rope, burpees,

jog in place, etc., basta yung matatagtag dapat yung tyan mo, then saka mo gawin ang sit-ups. saka bawasan ang white rice, switch to brown rice because it is low-glycemic. kung walang budget sa brown rice, try wheat bread. or kund di kaya, basta bawasan ang white rice and don't eat white rice after 6pm. 8-10 glasses of water will help.
