C-Lium Fibre wow, define FIBER in a glass. I almost vomitted but I guess I just have to get used to the feel and taste of it. Better with juice indeed.

Exercise everyday! ;) Tsaka I suggest na drink juice daily wag yung powdered/concentrated. Dapat yung pure talaga like Dole/Del Monte.

yes juice and water..merong exercise na target lang ang pagpapaliit ng tyan, kahit yun lang gawin kung tyan lang prob mo :) at least 3x a week keriboomboom na yan sis..syempre hindi natin maiiwasan ang pagkain ng masasarap like liempo bbq at pag inom ng coke..ok lang naman wag lang talaga sobra or araw araw :)

hi guys, sit-ups w/o doing any cardio, ay hindi makakaliit ng tyan. you need atleast 15-30 minutes of cardio like jumping jacks, jum-rope, burpees, ??? jog in place, etc., basta yung matatagtag dapat yung tyan mo, then saka mo gawin ang sit-ups. saka bawasan ang white rice, switch to brown rice because it is low-glycemic. kung walang budget sa brown rice, try wheat bread. or kund di kaya, basta bawasan ang white rice and don't eat white rice after 6pm. 8-10 glasses of water will help.

yung ibang kasama ko dito after manganak maliit agad tyan..sabi nila after six daw ginagawa..hindi na daw kakain pag gabi..kaso di ko kaya eh haha..anyway naguumpisa na naman ako magpapayat kahit mahirap..i drink tea also instead of coffee

What I sometimes do is replace white rice with brown rice or oatmeal and cutting out any carbonated and artificially sweetened/flavored drinks completely from my diet. Not eating anything after 6pm really works for me din:)

Hi Stylishmommy, wala siya sa Mercury. Sa mga organic stores like Carica store meron. Cheap lang din 300+ ang 60 capsules. Good for 1-2 months.

Hi Margaritabythebeach - Anong effects ng turmeric capsules? Appetite suppresant ba sya? Since you mentioned na turmeric lowers bp, pwede ba syang i-take ng mga may hypertension? BFAD approved din ba sya? Im taking 7DB slimming coffee kahit hindi legit, kahit daming news na may halong drugs daw. Effective naman na nakakaliit ng tyan. Gusto ko sanang i-try 'to, parang alternative med. Thanks

increase fiber intake. ang alam ko kasi yung mga kinain natin years back eh naiipon lahat sa intestine natin. so kung hindi regular ang bowel movement natin, yung mga kinain natin noon eh naiipon sa tummy natin so lumiliit yung daanan ng bowel natin kaya nacoconstipate tayo. pag constipated tayo, yung kinakain at kakainin natin eh dumadagdag pa dun sa nakadikit na sa tummy natin na old food so lumalaki tyan natin. kailangan maflush yung mga nakadikit na yun para mawala laman ng intestines natin :)

better if you also cleanse/detox para matanggal yung nakadikit sa colon natin na talagang nakakapit na. yan kasi inexplain ng naturopathic doctor na kilala namin. kaya lahat daw ng toxins eh nanggagaling sa colon kasi dun naipon lahat ng dumi. nung bata pa daw tayo di ba "malulusog" ang poop natin pero habang lumalaki or tumatanda tayo lumiliit ang poop and sometimes nagiging constipated kasi nga yung mga hindi natin nailalabas dumidikit sa walls ng colon so pag kumapal ng kumapal yung nakadikit sa walls ng colon eh lumiliit yung daanan ng poop kaya ang nangyayari eh constipated tayo. when i think of it tama naman. then eat lots of fruits, veggies or veggie/fruit juice na fresh or you could take yung mga psyllium husk, flaxseed meal, oatmeal and the likes. saka drink lots of water and of course exercise.
