Hi girls! Ako rin problem area ko talaga ang abdominal area ko. Add ko lang na there is no such thing as spot training. To really lose weight or fat kailangan talaga ng cardio or aerobic exercise. You can do all the sit ups you possible can do in a day pero if you don't do any cardio work-out, hindi mawawala ang tyan.
It really is diet and exercise. You have to lose weight all over your body to get rid of problem areas.
Another important thing to consider is doing core exercises. This will not only help "strengthen" your back but can also give you better posture. Kaya yung abdominal binders is not really recommended talaga. Kasi if you use it everyday, although it will give you a slimmer figure instantly, you are actually weakening your core muscles somehow kasi hindi mo sila nagagamit and therefore you are not strengthening them.
I always advise my patients with back pain to avoid binders kasi counter productive sya sa mga core muscle exercises.

. The original plank looks easy but when you hold it longer masmahirap sya.
