ako im using girdle right now pero 1week ko pa lang sya gamit but i think effective naman sya ng kunti kasi medyo lumuluwag na yung short ko pag suot ko unlike before hindi ko ma zipper...

Crunches and leg raises will do the trick.

And bawas sa pagkain ng mga mahirap i-digest na food, lalo na kung hindi regular ang bowel movement mo.

hays, hirap magpaliit ng tummy.. pumayat na ko, naging lawlaw naman tummy ko, ahahaha!!

mag eenroll na ko sa gym. may ab rocket ako sa house kaso hindi ako mamotivate pag mag isa lang ako.

tama yun mga sis. iwas softdrinks tsaka beer. lakas makalaki ng tyan.

A friend gave me hulahoop as a gift weeks ago at mukang effective naman.  I make sure na almost every morning kahit mga 100 ikot bago maligo bago pumasok sa office eh ginagawa ko... kahit minsan nakapikit pa ko habang naghuhulahoop hehe so far lumiit naman ang bilbil ko:D

Oh by the way, yung hulahoop na bigay sa kin is kinda heavy at merong mga bilog bilog sa gilid pang massage daw yun ng tyan. Medyo masakit sa umpisa [textspeak!] medyo parang nabugbog yung tyan ko pero now, ok na sya. Pero i would still want to buy a girdle or a waist trimmer para kahit matagal akong maghulahoop eh di naman masyadong masakit sa tyan.

may nakita ako sa sulit na nutrimeal, 1,800 ang isang pack.... mahal naman... pero mukhang masarap kasi chocolate o strawberry flavored eh.... hay... parang gusto ko bumili.... :-\

wow dame ng tips sa pagpapaliit ng chan!  ;D haven't tried nutrimeal mukahng mejo expensive ito.. continuous exercise and less rice nalang ako palagi 8)

Hi girls! Ako rin problem area ko talaga ang abdominal area ko. Add ko lang na there is no such thing as spot training. To really lose weight or fat kailangan talaga ng cardio or aerobic exercise. You can do all the sit ups you possible can do in a day pero if you don't do any cardio work-out, hindi mawawala ang tyan.

It really is diet and exercise. You have to lose weight all over your body to get rid of problem areas.

Another important thing to consider is doing core exercises. This will not only help "strengthen" your back but can also give you better posture. Kaya yung abdominal binders is not really recommended talaga. Kasi if you use it everyday, although it will give you a slimmer figure instantly, you are actually weakening your core muscles somehow kasi hindi mo sila nagagamit and therefore you are not strengthening them.

I always advise my patients with back pain to avoid binders kasi counter productive sya sa mga core muscle exercises.

A good exercise is for your abs / core muscles is the "Plank Exercise" like this:
http://www.abs-exercise-advice.com/plank.html . The original plank looks easy but when you hold it longer masmahirap sya.

Other good exercises would be those you can do on a Swiss Ball or Thera Ball. Here are a few:

After 3yrs I got back at the gym. Finally! I got pregnant kasi and had to spend time with my son. I have a personal trainer at the gym who gave me the same advise. I need to burn fats first before I work on my muscles. Went to the gym on Monday and started running for 30mins with 6.0 gradient and 8.0 speed. Slow muna kasi matagal ako nag stop mag work out. And I also attend yoga classes. So far within a week I lost 1kg. Happy ako with the result. And of course it goes side by side with diet. After 6 ang nitatry ko.

pa join, actually ako i lost 10 kg na but i need more kc uminom ako ng leisure last September, naka 6 packages ako kay alang di na effective ngayon so i am looking for an alternative, di naman maka pag swimming kc maginaw now a days dito, work out naman late nako nagigising, pero try ko ang sit ups tutal anywhere naman i can do it, saro ko lang pinto ng clinic ko  ;D hehe.
wala din ako kain ng rice, lumiit ang stomach ko ang problem yung puson ko nag sag kaya kailangang i trim.
gawin ko to at next time maybe after 2weeks post ulit ako dito.

huhuhu! nafi feel ko na ang age ko. im now 27y/o. before, ang dati lang magbawas ng tyan kahit super kain... ngayon, grabe hirap!

hindi na ko nag rarice for dinner and kumakain na ko dinner before 7pm. afterwards, wala ng kain.

aw sis same age tayo 27 na din me...before na nasa 20 of age pa lang ako pag nananaba na ko ang bilis lang magpapayat..now na notice ko habang nagkaka age na mahirap na at mabagal na magpapayat...ganun siguro talaga pag nagkakaedad na hays!

now ginagawa ko no rice ako for almost 3weeks na kahit sa lunch di ako nagkakanin puro ulam lang then i drink lots of water na lang..
