Ito ginawa ko and I lost at least 10 pounds na since 2 months ago. I gave birth a year ago so I know how long the process of losing the belly is. In fact, I still have some. ;)

1, Drink a glass of water every hour para hindi ma-train yung body mo na mag-hold ng water.
2, Drink green tea at least once a day.
3, Eat less white rice, white flour products and white sugar.
4, Buy great underwear. ;)
5, Exercise, exercise, exercise!

I wanted to do sit-ups since iba talaga maglose ng fat 'pag through exercise kaso I can't, 'di ko mabuhat katawan ko for some reason ( ;D ) so I end up doing hip-hop abs instead. Super effective, I swear! 2 weeks of doing this lumiit talaga tiyan ko.

Walking for at least 30mins (normal walk in the park type pero dirediretso, walang upuan), 2X a day works for me. tried and tested so many times :D
in a week's time, marami na nakakapansin na lumiit ako AND glowing pa skin. syempre kasali na yung paginom ng water palagi. (like Angel Aquino's one gulp every 15 mins)

nagmeet kami ng frend ko kahapon, and sabi niya im leaner now plus lumiit ang tiyan. yey! way to go. :)

dadagdagan ko ng swimming or cycling (cardio) para mas mabilis ang results.
eto na naman sila, "mas better" , "pinaka the best"

i got sick one time and the doctor's advice was to eat greens. mga 2 weeks ata akong hindi nakapag rice, at talagang pumayat ako in the tummy area. recently, i've been trying to return to that, so my rice intake is almost just 1/2. then sa ulam, only chicken and fish (or if it cant be avoided, pork). mahirap kasi tunawin ang beef.

re binders, i don't use it because while it compresses your stomach area, magiging mas prone daw ang stomach area sa stretch marks.

I am not sure if this would work for you, but it does for me.

IN everyting you do, when you walk, you sit, (except siguro if you eat), always try to squeeze in your stomach.

At first, parang nakakapagod kasi papaliitin mo ba naman tiyan mo, but eventually, pag nakasanayan mo na, ma rea realize mo, you are squeezing your stomach unconsiously na, all the time.

This is good not only for pampaliit ng tyan but it will improve your posture.

Hope it will work for you..=)

^^ tama ka dyan sis, i would say, sanayin ang sarili na laging naka-stomach in :)  dati ganon ako e, kaya lang napapansin ko nagiging slack ang posture ko ngayon, kaya pinipilit ko ibalik yong dati. now that is one goal for me this year :)

^exercise video. effective yan kasi sinasabayan ko brother ko dati. papawisan ka talaga at mananakit yung tummy area. you can buy from video stores. may pirated copies nga eh.  ;D

i can't stop drinking soda. nagawa ko dati na huwag uminom from 2004-2009. nung buntis ako, nagcrave ako at until now, hindi ko mapigilan. ang hirap paliitin ng tummy lalo na after giving birth.  :( todo jogging na ako at bawas sa rice after the holidays.

Haha. Di ko na alam gagawin ko. I work at home kasi. Start ako ng 9am up to 530pm. I used to do video workouts in the morning kaso maaga magising mga tao sa amin and ayoko namang may makakita. Haha. My diets are not that much successful as well kasi mabilis akong magutom. Haha. Pero I don't lose hope. Hopefully ma-discipline ko na sarili ko very soon.

- iwas malamig na tubig esp after meals
- iwas din soft drinks

Sis, how do you manage to eat without rice? Haha. Anung mga kinakain mo? Can you share your recipes? Haha. Medyo lumalaki ako pero yung tummy ko kasi talaga noticeable kaya yun yung pinoproblema ko.
 
TRY! I try not to eat rice - parang lifestyle na kasi sya.  Pero kung hindi talaga, mga 2-5 table spoons. SInasanay ko sarili ko sa bread lang, kung kelangan talaga.  Or gulay na steam - sya ang ginagawa kong rice. Hirap kasi sa food natin puro sauce (like adobo) or sawsawan na vinegar kaya ang hirap ng walang rice.

Hay, since after wedding eh 1month akong VL tapos Christmas Holiday pa, kaya super lumobo kami ni hubby.. imagine, yung fave slacks ko (been using it for more than 4years na) eh nasira ang zipper dahil super sikip na sakin! Ang dami namin ngayon kumain ng rice, ang sarap kasi ng luto ni hubby, pag ako nagluto masarap din daw sabi niya.. LOL.. kaya napapadami lagi kain.. pero sabi ko sa kanya magbabawas na ako ng rice.. also, nag-ggirdle na ako (sa office) para di masyado ramdam gutom at konti lang din kainin.. pero sa bahay di ako nakakapag-girdle.. hay.. normally 112lbs lang ako.. kahit di pa ako nag-timbang, feeling ko eto na pinaka-mabigat na weight ko sa buong buhay ko.. :(

hindi ako naggi gym at hindi na din ako regular nag si set up..actually yun lang talaga ang exercise ko aside from being badminton addict hehe..:)

for me malaking tulong ang set up and the ebst way to do that ay morning..yung paggising mo...

pag nasa mid 20s na, ang hirap magpapayat. dati hindi naman ako nahihirapan magpapayat, eventually naman mawawala din yung bilbil. pero ngayon, lahat nasubukan ko na, mabagal pa rin ang pagpayat :(

pero ngayon, im trying these stuff, baka mag work :)

for the exercise:
- 30min non-stop hulahoop

^ mukhang madali lang yung ultimate abs workout pero sobrang nakakapagod sya para sa 5min workout!

for diet:
- im on my 2nd week of corned tuna and crackers. from 31inches waistline, naging 29inches nalang. not bad :)
- 7day brazillian coffee (super effective na appetite suppressant)

sana ma-reach ko yung goal na 26in by April! :) hope this would help din :)

sis for me there are 3 sections in the tummy e. the upper, lower and the sides.
sa upper: i do sit-ups
sa lower: [textspeak!] reverse bike (lie on your back, raise both legs and pedal as if you're riding a bike)
sa sides: criss cross na situps (do ur regular sit-up but your right knee should touch your left elbow and vice versa)

also, observe proper posture the whole day. that is, stomach in, chest out. the muscle contraction is exercise na din and will eventually tone your tummy =D
